Once again, Wide Ass Rider makes an incorrect statement and is disproved by referenced facts.

Not only is she enormously wide, she is lazy too.

Do you homework lard ass and I for one would leave you alone. Until then, I will call out your opinions stated as fact.

The Second Admendment is as outdated as a musket verses a AR-15 Military Style Rifle. However until those Republican appointed Supreme Court Appointees either pass away, or decide to retire.

It is like living in a log cabin with a dirt floor, verses a modern home of today.

We need to eradicate Republicans from Washington. Thanks to all for your support.

A vote against Mitch McConnell will insure a better Senate.

Vote for a Democrat, I know I will.

A vote for a Republican is for someone that will not do anything but try to use any information to gain more wealth.

Mitch McConnell $24,000,000.00 in 6 years not bad for a man that said all he wanted to do was defeat Obama in 2012.

Considerably more innocent people have been killed and harmed by armed police, military, and criminals than by armed law abiding citizens.

Yet the gun grabbers demand that the armed law abiding citizen be the one disarmed.

Many gun grabbers are criminals themselves, sucking on public welfare. If the gun grabber doesn't get what they feel they deserve from public welfare, they steal it using illegal guns.

The mass media sensationalize murders committed by civilian criminals. A survey of these criminals virtually always indicate the killer perp and his family are a pro-democrat voting bunch of low-life.

Did you know?

There is approximately 310 million gun's in the U.S.?

Do you believe Obama is coming after your guns?

No one knows the exact number of guns in America, but it's clear there's no practical way to round them all up (never mind that no one in Washington is proposing this). Yet if you fantasize about rifle-toting citizens facing down the government, you'll rest easy knowing that America's roughly 80 million gun owners already have the feds and cops outgunned by a factor of around 79 to 1.

Just think that is why foreign countries think twice about attacking the United States by land with their armies knowing their armies will face heavy resistance from the US Civilian Population that is armed and capable of using deadly force to repel a foregin invasion force on land if one ever attempted to invade the US.

You Can Listen to the Republicans, NRA, if You Like, But here is a Fact:

Guns don't kill people—people kill people.

People with more guns tend to kill more people—with guns.

The states with the highest gun ownership rates have a gun murder rate 114% higher than those with the lowest gun ownership rates. Also, gun death rates tend to be higher in states with higher rates of gun ownership.

Gun death rates are generally lower in states with restrictions such as assault-weapons bans or safe-storage requirements.

Update: A recent study looking at 30 years of homicide data in all 50 states found that for every one percent increase in a state's gun ownership rate, there is a nearly one percent increase in its firearm homicide rate.

You want to see what happens when Liberals give up their guns and convince others to give up their guns so they cant defend themselves which these Liberals willingly did and look at the postition they are in now because they gave up their guns to protect & defend themselves from an invading enemy that has no use of their way of living and or their type of society.

Illinois requires trigger locks be sold with guns, and Cook County bans assault weapons, yet Chicago has more murders than cities such as New York and Los Angeles that have larger populations. You spout your crap but run and hide when someone calls you out on it. And you call me the a coward.

Supreme Court Rules on 'Straw Purchaser' Law

WASHINGTON June 16, 2014 (AP)

By SAM HANANEL Associated Press

A divided Supreme Court sided with gun control groups and the Obama administration Monday, ruling that the federal ban on "straw" purchases of guns can be enforced even if the ultimate buyer is legally allowed to own a gun.

The justices ruled 5-4 that the law applied to a Virginia man who bought a gun with the intention of transferring it to a relative in Pennsylvania who was not prohibited from owning firearms.

The ruling settles a split among appeals courts over federal gun laws intended to prevent sham buyers from obtaining guns for the sole purpose of giving them to another person. The laws were part of Congress' effort to make sure firearms did not get into the hands of unlawful recipients.

Writing for the majority, Justice Elena Kagan said the federal government's elaborate system of background checks and record-keeping requirements help law enforcement investigate crimes by tracing guns to their buyers. Those provisions would mean little, she said, if a would-be gun buyer could evade them by simply getting another person to buy the gun and fill out the paperwork.

Kagan's opinion was joined by Justice Anthony Kennedy, who is often considered the court's swing vote, as well as liberal Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor.

In dissent, Justice Antonin Scalia said the language of the law does not support making it a crime for one lawful gun owner to buy a gun for another lawful gun owner. He was joined by the court's other conservatives — Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

Those people don't know who their Father is, so it takes a lot of shots to get the right one. Or it could be Fathers shooting at their kids, who knows.
