Wanna bet? The Roman Catholic Church is a formidable foe. Good luck with your unconstitutional assault on the First Amendment.

Dying in gunfights isn't limited to one side.

And all of those groups found success by pleading their cases in courts and to public opinion. None of them needed to pick up a gun.
Really? That wasn't the case during the civil rights era. There was plenty of violence by blacks, some warranted, some not.

Not sure there will be much need for luck. But time will tell.

Yeah, nature and capitalism abhor a vacuum. The world will be just fine without your hospitals.

It does if you are contemplating depriving people of their means of defending themselves.

Nature and capitalism couldn't and wouldn't replace all those hospitals under Obamacare.

You want to force those who are opposed to abortion, to pay for abortions.

And you somehow think that is OK...

I doubt it needs revised. If anything, it needs to be paid attention to by these liberal asshats who think their life is in jeopardy because they keep pissing people off.

Anyways, amending the constitution or "revising the second amendment" would avoid what a bunch of people are upset over. There is an amendment process for a reason. Any government who is willing to ignore or distort the constitution for its own gain is a government the second amendment sets out to prevent. just imagine if they all the sudden ignored the first amendment and made everyone go ro their version of church. I means those that worship Gaia would be thrilled to openly force you into their religion instead of sneaking appeasement into our society..

No it doesn't. If Randy Weaver was a reasonable person, he would have resolved his issues in court rather than taking the law into his own hands. Weaver's decision to live by the gun got his wife killed. When he submitted to the justice system, he prevailed. Article III 1, guns 0.
I think you are confused about Randy Weaver. He didn't take the law into his own hands, he was ambushed by the feds who shot first and asked questions later. The entire reason he was wanted in court was because of the feds screwing him anyways.
