She's taking her vast food industry knowledge elsewhere. Poor P.F. Chang's if she does for them what she did for Wendy's.

I laughed out loud when the Dispatch interviewed her and she was thumping her chest about all the shareholder "value" she created for the company ... Let's see now, you run the company into the ground, your burgers aren't 1/4 pound anymore and taste like soyburgers, and your stock price is so low a corporate raider forces you to dismember the company.

And then you get $30 million for the brilliant job you did as a break-up fee.

Great job, Kerri. Look for P.F. Changs to go the way of Damon's.

Being an executive is the best job in the world. You can ruin a company and not fulfill your obligation, yet still walk away from the job a millionaire.

Private jets, expense accounts, over inflated salaries and bonuses, huge amounts of stock given to you, financial advisors, flawless insurance, and no worry. Sure you have to answer to the board of directors, but people who sit on the board were once executives themselves. So, you are part of the team.

Being an executive = easiest job in the world. The hard part about it, is finding some one who takes you under their wing and promotes you into an executive position. Because everyone knows, hard work has nothing to do with success. It is all about who you know and what opportunities you are given.

She was the one who was the CEO for a short period and collected millions when they ousted her. Well, on to another company for a short period and who knows maybe she will receive more money at the end of her term? Lets cross our fingers and hope the current company she will lead will not be mismanaged and bought out.

Socialism for the rich, dog-eat-dog capitalism for everybody else.

Who gets the rewards from a business' profits? The owners.

Shareholders are ostensibly the owners of public companies. CEO's are employees.

Why do employees of public companies walk away with the gold, and why are the owners left with the scraps?

Screw incompetent Kerri Anderson.

If you work at the corner Speedway and your cash drawer is $20 short, they kick you to the curb and they fight you when you file for unemployment. If you run a multi-billion dollar company into the ground, they still kick you to the curb but you walk away with tens of millions of dollars.

Socialism for the rich, dog-eat-dog capitalism for everybody else. It's the American way ... "capitalism".

LMAO!

She was terrible at Wendy's - Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave at what she and her crowd did to that company.

She did get filthy rich - ditto for guy who fooled Huntington into buying that train wreck of a bank called Sky Bank.

Another finance guy (chick). The same people who wrecked General Motors by cheapening product. Wendy's is practically inedible these days and I'm sure she had a big part of it.

Dave Thomas and Jim Near were product and restaurant guys, not number crunchers.

But that's okay, I'm sure P.F. Changs must value her "expertise". I'm sure they're paying her $300 large or more a year. Besides, all you need is rice, spice and batter to make Chinese food -- it's kind of hard to screw it up.
