Not so fast, slick.

A willingness to "put everything on the table," is hardly the same thing as "agitating" for any particular action.

But someone wants you to think it is.

You really are a shrill little child, aren't you? You can't even see how your posts expose you as the soft target you are.

Well, not only is it a POLITICAL position, but she has also revealed herself to be incompetent to carry out the basic duties of the position.

Her freedom of speech is not in question.

But you seem to think that she is entitled to lead schools in the State of Ohio.

Because you're too dense to see how you're getting pounded. You're just not very bright.
BTW, "bate"? Something you learned in "college"?

From my perspective, it doesn't look like he is trying to guilt you into silence. It looks like he is exposing your deep seated hypocrisy and misanthropy.

As far as I know, she is independently elected, and therefore answerable to only impeachment in the legislature.
I presume that being "President of the Board" is chosen by the board members themselves, but I am not sure of this, if I have time I will look it up.
I don't know if there is any means for impeachment--but I'm pretty certain it doesn't rest in the legislature.

The legislature's only role--so far as I can tell--is to confirm the Gov's appointments. And Terhar was not appointed, she was elected.

However, the Gov is widely known to have engineered her election as President in her first term, upsetting the apple cart for Rob Hovis--a long-time member. There were rumors of promised appointments, etc to other members to buy their votes.

He also manhandled the resignation of Deb Deslisle, former Supt, who is hired by the Board. He sent his henchmen to inform her that if she did not resign, he had the votes on the Board to fire her. Nice, huh?

So--if Kasich says "jump," odds are, she'll jump.

Apocryphal Hiter Quote:

"Death camps could be an option, slave labor could be an option, the Madagascar Plan could be an option"

While the quote is not real, would someone saying this be agitating for genocide or not?

Ask Former State Superintendent Deborah Delisle.
Superintendent is an appointed position, the Governor appoints 8 school board members. If two elected members agree with the Governor's eight, then they can pick the superintendent.

The person in question was elected to Board District 4.

The governor cannot remove her, only impeachment from the legislature or resignation can.
