So why didn't you serve? I've asked you several times. If your desire to serve your country was so great, you should have enlisted. You said you took the advice of your father who said he recommended against it. So did you feel it's okay for others to serve and not you?
As for me, I never expressed any desire to be in the military. I never sought advice from my father about whether or not to serve as apparently you did. If you say you didn't desire to serve your country, then that's fine, but you didn't say that.
