Che, I don't go backward. Your taunting is falling on deaf ears. Moreover, I have NEVER done anything similar to anyone else on here in jest or seriously. EVER. That you would speaks to your low road and character, not mine.
What are you talking about? I'm simply exercising my right to freedom of association. And I choose not to associate with the ignorant, filthy coloreds. So get off the white peoples' Topix.

Considering this country's history, that is a rather sad position.
Until something (either a good or a service) is sold, it is the property of the owner. As long as they are not demonstrably harming someone with it, they should be able to do with it as they please. It's simply the liberty position. The same position I took against the smoking ban, for the same reason. The only entity that should be required to serve every citizen is the government, but that's because they (in theory) work for us.

Not saying it's smart to deny service... just saying that the government shouldn't be the decider of smart and stupid business practices, the consumer should.

Some minorities have moved on with their lives and are too busy working WITH people instead of against them in order to prove that, in fact, when it comes right down to it people are people. I'm certain that's a concept you wouldn't understand.
They understand it, they just don't like it. Their kind cannot profit unless there are "victims" involved.

If you owned the "white topix", you should be able to say that to anyone, for any reason.

Share the name of the store so we can all go there.
That's exactly how it should be done. Patronize those businesses whose policies you may agree with, and don't patronize those you don't. And spread the word, whatever it is, far and wide. Things will happen naturally as they should.

Your way, though, requires force. That's not liberty.

These are complicated issues that need rational, reasoned, unemotional analysis. It is important to know the statutes being applied and there are some fundamental issues of constitutional interpretation that need resolved. I disagree with a fundamental basis of the anti-gay argument that homosexuality is not an immutable characteristic. I think it is. Your muslim barber example is flawed since the scenario occurred in Canada, but if it occurred in the Washington where the wedding cake incident occurred, then I don't believe that the barber could deny service.
I am sure you are aware, by the way, that the wedding cake case was not a Civil Rights Act case but was based on a Washington State statute that specifically included homosexuals in the list of protected classes. That error in the article colors the entire "analysis."
all the legal crap aside and I'm not trying to "sensationalize" things here , somebody in the USA is going to prison because they believed they were going to hell over baking a cake. Talk about intolerance.

The fact of the matter is that no harm was done.
No contract between the private parties was executed.
In fact, the consumers had every opportunity to shop elsewhere.

These cases represent a direct assault on personal freedom.
THe Left is perfectly willing to utilize government force to see a fellow citizen jailed...

It should scare the living hell out of every American.

You should use your own water fountain, your own bathroom, and your own Topix. Get off the white people Topix.
and you should go to McDonald's and order a "gay" Big Mac. So they can tell you that you can just have the same thing they serve everybody, " Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun ." And if you need to use the restroom its in the back, you don't need to elaborate on you're sexuality to use it. Talk about sensationalising, that would be the way this is compared to segregation.

Yes, they do represent a direct assault on personal freedom. The freedom to not be discriminated against upon the basis of sexual orientation.

And nobody is getting jailed over it. They merely have to comply with the law, or stop discriminating while providing public accommodations.
