no. It was the two pages of personal attacks based on some technicality you didn't really have anyways. A marriage license contract with the State is as a contract of adhesion. So it is a license and a contract. That's called elaborating. What you did is called bickering.

A marriage license is not a contract with the state.

" Technically, the marriage license is a business license allowing the husband and wife, in the name of the marriage , to enter into contracts with third parties and contract mortgages and debts. They can get car loans, home mortgages, and installment debts in the name of the marriage.
Also, the marriage contract "bears fruit" by adding children. If sometime later, the marriage fails, and a "divorce" results the contract continues in existence."

No.

I said marriage is a contract.

That apparently is a very difficult concept for you and pencil head to wrap your brains around without muddying up what I said.

you weren't trying to argue that it wasn't a license? Why not just call it both since that's what it is? Was going back and forth with a "Pencil Sharpener" more important to your social life?Actually its way more than that to people with successful marriages.

Good God...I feel like I am speaking with Bubbles' little ventriloquist doll Conky on the "Trailer Park Boys.

I didn't say a "marriage" is a "marriage license" because it isn't.

something is really f**ky with what you're saying. They issue a marriage license but that's not part of the marriage? Then how else do you get a marriage license, smart a**? What kind of f**kery will you "woof" up next?

None of that changes the fact that a marriage license is not a contract with the state.

nice try but if a contract is a "marriage" the marriage license is a form of contract. Not any thing like a license plate on a car, poopy analogy son. So if you're ranting about how the contract "thingy" is the marriage, you're basically saying the license is. http://www.usavsus.info/MarriageLicenses-TheR...

The Dunning-Kruger effect delivers another winner. Thank you d pantz, for reminding how entertaining stupid people are when they're convinced they're right.
