Watching some atheist on O'Reilly tonight.

In fact, he is the President of "American Atheists".

His name?

David Silverman.

Go ahead, tell me I'm wrong about who's conducting a jihad against Christianity.

He is one of the jihadists arguing against Christmas trees and the national celebration of Christmas.

Again, the name is David Silverman.

Again, this isn't a rant against all Jews as most are just fine people. This is all about being honest about who has been conducting jihad against Christian values and our way of life and the finger points right in the direction of the same Jewish anarchists who gave us communism and the sexual revolution.

Remember where you heard it.

My friend and I saw most of that interview also. The guy was a ranting jerk. Why give him air time?

What the hell do atheists want?

I'm sooooooooo sick of atheists. I'm sooooooo tired of everything being 'politically correct' and you can't citicize a non-white person or woman or gay or lesbian or transgender person with out being racist or bigoted. I'm fed up with being descriminated against becasue I'm white, legal, straight and work, by every off the wall lunatic 'group' that wants to draw attention to itself to gain some extra priviledge or 'right.'

Na, I don't lay it all at Jewish feet. My cousin, raised catholic, is an atheist, but he's not 'organized.' Yet.

The scales in this country are past the tipping point.

These people ranting against christmas are not really atheists. They are haters of God or at least of Christ. If they were atheists people worshiping God be the Christian Jew Muslim or a mother earth type would not bother them any more than someone talking using a bluetooth ear piece. I know a few atheists and all they want it to be left alone and to leave us believers alone. These militant anti Judea-Christian types hate God not think he is imaginary

I know, Spook. And I don't care what they believe or if they hate God. Just stop trying to take my rights away and labeling me for everything I do or am.
And the courts and government go along with them.

That 'To Glitter' post is me. I had made a post specifically for Glitter and that's how I get her attention. But someone does occasionally use 'notlocal' other than me, but they have an Ohio location.

Don't get your undies in a bunch, O'Reilly does this every year at this time. The election's over and O'Reilly has to do something to excite his audience, so he invented the War on Christmas.

So--he provides airtime to a ranting jerk to give all the righteous righties someone new to get mad at.

It's coming up Christmas. If you really want to tick atheists off, just love them. And if they don't get ticked off, maybe you will have done yourself some good in the process.

What rights have you lost in the last 10 years or so?

When Bush was in power, your side whined about something called "The Patriot Act"

You asked a question about rights being lost, not about who was taking them away.

I was responding to notlocal (posting as To Glitter)'s comment about being tired of the atheists taking her rights away.

Sorry if you missed that.

I would presume that you can't say that rights are being taken away by the government due to atheists, but I can say that there has been a 'chilling effect' on college campuses by all sections of the PC brigade. This isn't really related, but the sentiments are not completely biased. Though the fact that you have no problem with the Patriot Act since Obama is in office is evidence of bias.

Don't put words in my mouth.

So, loss of rights due to the actions of atheists has just been downgraded to "a chilling effect on college campuses"?

That was an ulterior discussion as you asked me for an example of some rights going away.

Of course it's now just a pissing fest.

O'Reilly invented the war on Christmas that's been going on for two decades? Sure. You would find a way to blame FOX. O'Reilly didn't say a word about the Gov. in some state that is disallowning a manger scene. Or the athetist group that keep bitching about the cross to honor the WW's dead out in some desert.

I can love their soul without loving them or their actions. Though that's not my goal. My mother was perfect, not me.

It's not just the atheists. It's the gays, transgenders, blacks, women who buy into that war on women sh#t, hispanics, every single group that can claim minority and seek some special treatment for it. Good Lord, there are people, black and white, who think my gneration owes the now current black generation some sort of apology or reparation for slavery. My daddy torn down the slave houses that had been on this farm for 200 years.

And look at the statistics, they are the groups collecting the most government assistance, keeping the courts and jails busy, all which they enjoy on the back of my taxes and others like me.

I have a cousin and a cousin-in-law who are both athetists. They don't walk in my house and say 'take down that Christian fish and put your Bible out of sight.'
