hey now posted some tripe yesterday alleging that Trayvon Martin's mother is a grifter. No new information, but it did arouse my curiousity. Seems a new chapter has been published. Zimmerman, in Barbara Walter's words, "desperate for money" has been offering his authentic signature (delivered in a plain brown wrapper, of course) in exchange for donations. And of course there is the deep pockets suit against NBC.

But, it appears that he overspent (and likely overestimated) on his security needs and is now being sued himself for non-payment. Zimmerman's claim, of course--they jacked up the bill.

Read on:

Claiming George Zimmerman and his lawyer owe $27,000 for security services, a company they hired last summer is suing them in Florida state court.

It’s the latest in a case that has captured the nation’s attention and spawned civil suits in addition to the charges against Zimmerman for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. He is awaiting trial in June in Seminole County, Fla., where he is in hiding but still being tracked on GPS by the state.

Constant Security

In a complaint filed Dec. 21, Associated Investigative Services (AIS) says Zimmerman, his wife, and defense attorney Mark O’Mara hired the company in late June to protect the family as Zimmerman was being released from jail, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Zimmerman has reportedly been targeted with death threats, and the New Black Panther Party has offered $10,000 for his capture.

AIS said it provided a security detail for Zimmerman’s second bond hearing on June 29, after which the arrangement evolved into “nearly constant” watch on Zimmerman’s family and included escorting his father to the airport and personally guarding other members of his family, says the Sentinel.

Independent Trustee Managing Money

But after Zimmerman got in trouble with the former judge in his case for being untruthful about his financial situation, O’Mara brought in an independent trustee to manage the money generated by Zimmerman’s fundraising efforts, according to CNN.

AIS was then kicked to the curb, the company alleges, leaving an unpaid balance of $27,000, says the Sentinel. The reason, alleges AIS, is that the defense was “clamping down” on the “very low” defense fund. A new security team charges only $700 per week, where as AIS was charging $7,000 per week.

O’Mara told the Sentinel that he and the Zimmermans were surprised by the suit, as they’d already paid AIS over $40,000.

A spokesperson for O’Mara confirms with Lawyers.com that that was the case and says O’Mara will have more to say about the new case next week.

But...but...aren't we supposed to remain silent about the history and transgressions attached to AshTrayvon Martin before his demise?
Once again Reader, you prove yourself to be the biggest hypocrite on Topix.

Reader, no matter how much you try to whitewash what Trayvon was, at the end of the day my synopsis was most correct:

1 - second-rate suburban thug with an entitlement mentality;

plus

1 - hillbilly with an authority complex.

equals

Bad news, sooner or later.

Neither is to be put on a pedestal. Zimmerman is an idiot. And blacks need to learn how to follow instructions.

Ummm, this has happened SINCE George was charged, not before.

And Zimmerman HAS been accused of a crime, whereas Trayvon has not been.

Zimmerman looks more and more all the time like a walking train wreck. His best play all along has been to garner public support and hope for a sympathetic jury. Unfortunately, he's not much of a sympathetic character.

Blacks do follow instructions...issued by leftists:

1) Vote Democrat.
2) Marriage is for whitey. Don't do it.
2a)Breed like rabbits, but abort a few here and there.
3) Education is for suckers (and whitey.) Don't get one.
4) Do what we tell you; whitey will hate it.

And again, I refer you to Cordell Jude, who got involved in a drive-by shooting and drug possession SINCE the death of Daniel Adkins.
Not a peep from you people, though.

No instructions were ever given, according to Zimmerman's account.

However, if Trayvon were a 58 year old wino with a bottle of MD in a brown paper bag and a history of armed robbery, so long as he was doing nothing more than walking home to his sister's couch for a nap, he had every right to make that walk unhindered. And every reason to be suspicious of the guy following him around.

This latest brings forward two considerations. The first is whether he intended to use the ability of the security company to make him disappear as step one in fleeing the country. But for the GPS on his ankle he had every means to do so--as was suggested by the judge who upped his bail.

The second is that he appears to be more than ordinarily paranoid. He seems to have taken some bits of information (actual break-ins, a gang known as the "goons" in the area, a window found open and a door found unlocked, a black person spotted exiting a house) and spun them into a belief in an extraordinary amount of danger to self and family--requiring not just block watch organization, but also that he and his wife both carry guns.

He seems now to have parlayed some actual death threats, and the overblown announcement of the NBPP, into a belief that he is (in the words of his friend/author) "the most hated man in America."

His lawyer has allowed him fairly free rein with his negative fantasies--presumably in an attempt to portray his client as the victim of a combination of bad luck and malevolent action. His whole case rests on convincing a jury that Zimmerman was a victim.

A condominium is private property. In fact, the condominium declaration of covenants and condominium association is considered a quasi-governmental entity. This is the law in Ohio and generally the law throughout the country. Therefore, when a sign posted by a condominium says stay out, it is not any different than when the city posts the same sign.

But I have posted numerous times about what happens here on the east side, especially blacks darting out into traffic or stopped in the middle of the street just talking and blocking your way and thinking they're entitled to do whatever they want.

YOU HAVE NEVER DENIED THAT THIS IS THEIR MOTIVATION. Your retort is to always change the subject and talk about what white punks in the suburbs do.

The point is, this is what was going on here. If I were 16 and someone told me to get out, I would get out. The thug didn't want to follow instructions. Had he turned around and did what he was told, he would be alive.

That is the bottom line.

In your neighborhood I realize that open container and public intox are part of the culture, but not where decent people live. Try that out here and three Hilliard cruisers would plot an intercept course and arrive in two or three minutes.

Assumption of facts not in evidence. Nobody said that the container was open, or that the man was actually intoxicated.

And Zimmerman was not a member of the police force.

And by the way, your denial is deep if you think that the suburban lifestyle successfully eschews drunken behavior.

It keeps it off the streets, Reader. If you ever see a guy walking the streets of Hilliard, Dublin, Gahanna, Pickerington, UA, Worthington, Lewis Center or Westerville drinking out of a brown paper bag, get a picture of it.

Saaaaaay what?

You are making a claim that Trayvon should have left when he was told to leave-never mind that he was a legitimate guest of a community resident, so it is questionable (in the fine print) whether anyone had authority to tell him to leave.

But, you are mad at some kids (coincidentally black) who walk in the street where you drive--and use that to suggest that Zimmerman was somehow justified in killing another (black) kid in another state who was apparently walking on the sidewalk where there was one (the "dog walk").

Lotta free floating anger here today. Too much family in close quarters of late?

Not to mention that the Gahanna, Whitehall and Bexley police are always on top of those outside elements. And for good reason.
