What are your thoughts on this?
Some others have flown similar flags but we're not suspended......

The reason it became an issue is that some others complained and he was suspended. The officials said it was disruptive to conducting business.....then others started to fly flags and they didn't get suspended.
What's good for the goose, is good for the gander......but I can't see how a flag, in the parking lot, can disrupt classes, other than it was brought to attention by the cry babies.
Everything is so petty now.....for the stupidest reasons, they make it in the news. Maybe that's what their original intent was.

I want a Confederate "battle" flag that says redneck on it so people can tell when I hang it upside down.

A Confederate flag that says "Redneck"? That's like a seat post with a seat on it.

And that, Bizzy is where PC and 'minority status', for every and any reason, has taken us. Think back to the founding fathers when everyone was a minority....yet they build a nation.

Look, if the Confederate flag causes an uproar, then I'm going to get a fatwa issued against president obama for wearing a doo rag when he jets off to the G7 meetings and pumps more carbon into the air than all of the thousands of decaying and bloating childrens corpses in Niggheria once his muslim pals roll through beheading and burning Christian churches and schools.

Nothing disruptive about anything on a students car. This is kust another case of the union members being unable to handle juveniles. Most teachers these days have no business being in front of a class.

There may be a small percentage of older teachers who are dedicated. The younger ones like the career because of the summer vacations and many days off during the year.
It is a lot of work being a good teacher. They work off school hours and buy some supplies with their own money.
This flag BS is trivial compared to the bullying that goes unpunished in the schools. Seems like they would rather suspend a student for flying a flag on his car than to do something about the bullying crisis in schools across America. Officials don't want the bad press which will lead taxpayers not to pass their levies. Meanwhile, kids are committing suicide.

Is there any group of people that you won't make broad, unfounded generalizations about?

Must be bored.......

Who said it's unfounded? You? Who usually doesn't have common sense about life itself.

Bullying is a fact..... most schools don't do a damned thing about it. The bully never gets his/her due and neither do the parents of the bully. Most times the bully is bullied by his own parents and or students and friends.
Cases in the schools near me and surrounding suburbs have had bullying problems and teachers and principal did nothing....resulting in deaths and a stabbing.
I have eye witnesses to these situations.....

That's truly horrible, Bizzy. It is a very dangerous time for kids of all ages. And look what the cyber-bullying has wrought! Add to that the abundance of drugs available, lack of a family structure and blantant sexuality in their faces and it's a wonder any survive or prosper.
In my humble opinion, the further we get from God, the closer we get to Satan and his works. But being a 'believer' is not PC anymore.

Screw PC! It's ruining this country!

That's only the tip of the iceberg.
The school in my city had a racially motivated feud..one white kid who was being harassed by a black kid. The teachers knew it the principal new it but no one did anything to curb the situation. The black kid was expelled from another school district, when he kicked a pregnant teacher.....he came to school cafeteria seeking out the white kid and threatened him he was going to kill him. A fight with other students to stop this kid ensued, then he decked another boy, and pulled a knife and stabbed the kid in the neck. He's in jail and the stabbed kid was ok...a near miss from a main artery. I know three kids who witnessed the whole thing!
With the suburbs being invaded with riff raff, more and more is happening in the schools, and retail stores. The Police Blotter is as long as my arm...whereas it was only an incident of no consequence before.
The house two doors from me was broken into and that's why I got my CCW
My city is rated very high on the list as where to live, but slowly it's declining.

In the other article, the mother of the girl who killed herself brought suit against school and the judge threw the case out.
This is not justice......the school board should be sued and dismantled, and replaced.

It's true!
I have about 6-10 friends who are/was. Teachers. The new ones are not dedicated like the older ones. I hear it from the horses mouths all the time. I'm not saying they're bad teachers, but the dedication is not a priority like it used to be.
Sad.
Now the Common Core is and has been in effect and that threw them all for a loop. They had to change the way they teach.

Like I said, there is no group of people that you won't make broad, unfounded generalizations about. What is really baffling is that you have no awareness that you do it.

What's baffling is that you can't or won't believe anyone when the facts they present hits you in the face, and you still call people liars.
I am fully aware of what I post, and the facts I post. If you dispute them that's fine but don't insinuate I don't know jack!
I have presence of mind, but, it's you, in fact, whom I question.

Speaking of jack....go have one.
