Are you implying that the body was dragged? If so, the wounds on the knuckles should have picked up some kind of outdoor debris.
No. I am suggesting that Zimmerman tracked Trayvon down--as he had gotten out of his truck to--despite telling the dispatcher he would stop. Trayvon didn't double back to jump him. A witness saw a chase--this was Zimmerman pursuing Trayvon. Some struggle resulted and Zimmerman shot him to keep him from getting away. There was no attack at the 't.' That was made up by Zimmerman, along with the fiction of just looking for an address, to flip the situation making Trayvon the aggressor.

You are denying plain facts. The physical evidence -- namely, Zimmerman's wounds, as evident in the photos -- clearly supports Zimmerman's narrative.
Not to mention the injuries on Martin's knuckles.

You wanna explain the difference between physical and circumstantial evidence?
Looks to me like the location of the body is physical.
If I go outside and see it raining, that is direct evidence that rain occurred. If I go outside and see wet ground and puddles, that is circumstantial evidence that rain occurred.

Direct evidence is that which was witnessed. Circumstantial evidence is that which is based on presumptions.

You can prove this? No.

A witness saw a chase--this was Zimmerman pursuing Trayvon.

The witness saw two people, or rather shadows of them (or maybe it was shadows of one person cast by two lights). Neither was identifiable, so who's to say if someone was following someone else, or who was following whom?

[QUOTE] Some struggle resulted and Zimmerman shot him to keep him from getting away.
Evidence of this? ZERO.
There was no attack at the 't.' That was made up by Zimmerman, along with the fiction of just looking for an address, to flip the situation making Trayvon the aggressor.
Reasonable doubt. Either acquittal or hung jury.

The location of the body shows that Zimmerman's story is untrue. It also provides additional proof that ZImmerman continued to stalk Trayvon after telling police he would stop. Such stalking, while carrying a loaded weapon support the charge.
He went after someone he believed was responsible for neighborhood thefts, determined not to let him get away. When met with resisrance, he shot him.
The location of the body proves absolutely nothing.
You are still regurgitating lies your MSM and Professional Black Grievance Industry have fed you.

Via Daily Caller:

"...Zimmerman’s story from the beginning to police and to the media has been that he stopped following when the dispatcher told him to. There have been no witness statements to the contrary. For that matter, there are no witnesses claiming to have seen what happened before the physical altercation took place. But what does the 911 tape tell us?

From the call released by the Sanford Police:

At 2:07, Zimmerman tells the dispatcher,“He’s running.”

At 2:09, you can hear a car door open and an alarm begins that is undoubtedly the “door open, keys in ignition” warning on Zimmerman’s truck.

At 2:13, you can clearly hear the car door slamming shut, and the alarm stops.

At 2:17, Zimmerman’s voice wobbles and he starts breathing heavily into the phone, indicating that he has started running.

At 2:22, without any prompting other than the aforementioned noises and breathing, the dispatcher asks “Are you following him?” to which Zimmerman responds,“Yeah.”

At 2:26, the dispatcher says,“Okay, we don’t need you to do that,” to which Zimmerman responds,“Okay.”

Zimmerman proceeds to give the dispatcher his name. Then he says,“He ran.”

Zimmerman can still be heard breathing into the phone until about 2:39, at which point the heavy breathing stops entirely, a mere 13 seconds after the dispatcher asked him to stop following. A very calm and collected Zimmerman then proceeds to give the dispatcher his own information, directions and a description of his location for another 1 minute and 33 seconds.

The difference between someone running while on the phone and not running can be heard quite clearly, and I encourage readers to listen for themselves.

That is injury, singular.

And we don't know if it was offensive, defensive or from something completely unrelated.

How about the lack of defensive wounds on Zimmerman? Why didn't he fight back?

So, there is no direct (and the distinction I was inquiring about was between circumstantial and physical, BTW) evidence to support Zimmerman's self defense claim, by your definition.

Again, if you accept Zimmerman's story, how did the body end up 40 feet south of the alleged attack, with the phone and flashlight even further south?

While it is true that one must speculate regarding Martin's abrasions, the evidence fits Zimmerman's narrative.

http://www.wftv.com/news/news/local/autopsy-r...

"...O’Mara wouldn't comment on the autopsy evidence, but WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said it's better for the defense than it is for the prosecution.

WFTV has learned that the medical examiner found two injuries on Martin’s body: The fatal gunshot wound and broken skin on his knuckles.

When you compare Trayvon’s non-fatal injury with Zimmerman's bloody head wounds, the autopsy evidence is better for the defense, Sheaffer said.

“It goes along with Zimmerman's story that he acted in self-defense, because he was getting beaten up by Trayvon Martin,” Sheaffer said."

The location of Martin's body does not prove the charge.

Further, anyone can understand that someone under assault, and in fear for his life, is not going to recall clearly every detail of the assault. In fact, one would expect the victim to be confused afterward.

An eyewitness was close enough in the dark and rain to clearly see and define this chase? Where's the recent, appropriate link stating so?

Oh well, appropriate link or not he did not see the killing and that's what's important.
