How anyone can support Ashtray is a mystery.
Notice this: "...and serves no legitimate purpose."
There was a legitimate purpose...to identify the person peeping into windows and give the police a description.
Your sainted prosecutors actually wanted a desperate child abuse charge thrown in at the end yet never brought up stalking. Why do you think that was, moron? Because they knew it didn't apply.
You post any report from Zimmerman claiming Trayvon was 'peeping' into windows, you liar.

Doesn't matter what I thought should have happened. Zimmerman got away with murder, scott free. That is a grave injustice. I hope that gets corrected. Zimmerman is still a cold blooded murderer in my eyes. He lives a charmed life, but your sins have way of catching up to you sooner or later.

Well that's the salient point. One of the two only witnesses who could testify about the most important, determinative issues in the case is no longer breathing, and the other one isn't speaking.

Seems a bit troubling to me that that's where society seems to wish to want to go, so that the preferred course of action for people placed in similar circumstances is now to simply respond successfully with deadly force, tell the first responders you were in fear for your life, and then remain completely silent until the trial is over.

How am I lying about that? His girlfriend issued a restraining order against him...I didn't make that up.
Keep up.
Courts issue restraining orders, dummy. And that's not proof of any crime. Divorce cases include restraining orders as a matter of course when there's rancor over the split. Zimmerman was also granted a protection order against the woman...does that mean she was beating him?

Only a "lawyer" calls a single name three months "two per month."

Let's see, Paco, You are on your second name within a week. There are 4.3 weeks in a month. This same scenario repeats itself consistently. Yep...My statement is correct.

As to your second question...I really don't care. Go buy tissues.

No need to question ashtray juzt shoot it. Like rats or.racoons you don't wound them so you can interrogate them, you simply kill them.
So in ashtry's case zimmerman should not.have called.the police first, he.should have called them after ashtray was turned into fly bait.

You're going to have the testimony problem any time there's a death.
Seems a bit troubling to me that that's where society seems to wish to want to go,
We've been there for over 200 years. The only thing that's changed is the burden of proof. The old way (and the way it still is in Ohio in certain circumstances) required a defendant who defended himself to prove his innocence, and that never did seem right given the "innocent until proven guilty" tenet.

"Stand your ground" is a logical step, as why should a person be required to retreat (or even stop and think if safe retreat is even possible) if they're somewhere they're legally allowed to be? It essentially extends the sovereignty that used to be reserved for the "castle" to the person himself.
so that the preferred course of action for people placed in similar circumstances is now to simply respond successfully with deadly force, tell the first responders you were in fear for your life, and then remain completely silent until the trial is over.
