As with much of what this administration and obama in particular does it seems odd that he was one of the sponsors that strengthened the "Stand your Ground" Law in Illinois.

Look at the last name on the list of Illinois Senate Sponsors then read the bill.

Enlighten us legal-boy.

How is it that fat-boy follows and surveillanced Martin using a car and on foot in a public place not stalking?

Fat-boy would not have gone to trial if there was no question of him doing something illegal.

With tensions running high, Gawker took a controversial step and posted an image of Trayvon Martin’s body as he lay dead on the grass with a gunshot wound to the chest.

The image shows the lanky teen laying face up, with his mouth and eyes wide open. Martin is wearing a black sweatshirt, cuffed khakis, and sneakers.

Did Gawker cross the line?

Gawker was trying to start riots.
Hopefully, lots of little black future thuggies saw that picture and learned that they might end up the same way if they emulate Ashtray.

George Zimmerman Emerged From Hiding for Truck Crash Rescue

By MATT GUTMAN (@mattgutmanABC) and ALEXIS SHAW (@ashaw109)
July 22, 2013

George Zimmerman, who has been in hiding since he was acquitted of murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, emerged to help rescue a family who was trapped in an overturned vehicle, police said today.

Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of a family of four -- two parents and two children -- trapped inside a blue Ford Explorer SUV that had rolled over after traveling off the highway in Sanford, Fla. at approximately 5:45 p.m. Thursday, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

The crash occurred at the intersection of I-4 and route Route 46, police said. The crash site is less than a mile from where Zimmerman shot Martin.

By the time police arrived, two people - including Zimmerman - had already helped the family get out of the overturned car, the sheriff's office said. No one was reported to be injured.

Zimmerman was not a witness to the crash and left after speaking with the deputy, police said.

The prosecutors didn't charge fat-boy with stalking or reckless endangerment.

The prosecutor pursued instead a 2nd degree homocide charge, which was unsupportable by the evidence.

If prosecutors pursued the lesser charges, they probably would have won a conviction. But that path would not have satisfied either side, so they instead did what was politically expedient, which satisfies only one side.

All of this political manipulation shows is that prosecutors are politicians too.

No grand jury was convened because the charge was not 1st degree homocide....

"Why was the prosecutor allowed to skip the grand jury?
Only in the instance of first-degree murder cases does Florida law require that a grand jury decide whether charges should be filed. Corey has a reputation for avoiding grand juries unless she must convene one, and Martin's shooting doesn't qualify as a first-degree murder since it apparently wasn't premeditated. The law simply doesn't require a grand jury."
