None of Zim's blood or DNA found on Trayvon's hands or sleeves.

Absence is not evidence.

A couple of small ambiguous abrasions on the knuckles of the left hand (Trayvon is right-handed).
The existence of which supports Martin attacking Zimmerman, not Zimmerman attacking Martin (which is the contention I was inquiring about).
Couple that with John Golde's statement that he neither saw nor heard blows, or head slamming and thkngs don't look so definite.
Absence is not evidence. What is the evidence that suggests that Zimmerman attacked Martin?

Martin was guilty of negligence: He negligently forgot that all citizens in a CCW state must assume that every other citizen is armed.
Wait a minute. You're the girl who demands case law.

Where's the case law to support that proposition?

Do I believe every single word she said? No.

Do I believe that Mr. Martin told her he was being followed and that he was fearful? Yes...absolutely.

Its a very small leap from there...to assault. Barely a skip.

Theoretical "skips" don't prove murder in the second degree.

The phone call. It really is quite simple. And you're using the wrong word.
The correct legal term is "assault".

No evidence of Zimmerman assaulting Martin there.

Fearful my ass. His whole persona was wrapped up in ghetto bravado.
Fearful people call 911. Or they run the 200 feet to daddy's girlfriend's condo. They don't cry to a fat ass ghetto mama 150 miles away.

As for DNA, I believe the DNA analyst sad that under raining and damp situations, DNA is difficult to find and analyze. Also you may recall that the clothing was packaged in plastic (against protocol for wet clothing) and that the clothing smelled very badly as if bacteria was already growing and likely caused problems in identifying DNA. One should listen. All these factors are important.
As for the gun, it was not only wet but had gun oil on it. These factors contribute to a lesser likelihood that prints or DNA could be found.

Except for the hollow-point bullet from Zimmerman's gun that was found in Trayvon's heart.
