No.

Yes. I doubt, however, that it has any probative value. I don't think it was even discussed in front of the jury. Not sure though.
No-- the judge granted a motion to keep it out.

The only reason no one was charged for the drugs and paraphernalia (according to the article)is that they couldn't figure out who they belonged to.
Probably wouldn't have that problem in Miami.
Quite so. Every booner in Miami no doubt carries a personal stash.

"...if they [the jury] follow the letter of the law, it's hard to see, based on everything we know now, how they find him guilty of either murder or even manslaughter."

As Mark Finkelstein of Newsbusters wrote concerning Abrams' opinion:

"No wonder Dan Abrams left MSNBC ... The former legal analyst at the "Lean Forward" network, now at ABC, expressed an opinion this morning that would surely be unwelcome at his former shop."

<quoted text>18 year olds drinking Bud Light. What a crime.
Except some weren't 18.

And they drew enough attention to warrant a call to the cops.

And they refused to answer the door--causing cops to break it down. A bunch ran out the back.

Oh, and some were getting high.

Remind me. Which judge is going to hear this lawsuit, and when?
It was postponed until after the trial.

No idea who is hearing it.

As an aside, were they packing illegal guns and shooting at each other?

I agree with that; however, I wouldn't be surprised to see a conviction.

Of course you have no idea. Why don't you do a little research before giving expert legal opinion on how it was written, or any other detail?

An 18 year old drinking a beer is a more serious crime in Ohio than an 18 year old smoking a joint.
Tell that to the military recruiting office or the federal folks who handle security clearances.

Here you go again with the tired old 'tell that to'. When you are not projecting you are deflecting.

Pale Rider, apparently you have not heard the trial evidence or you choose to ignore it. There is no evidence to support your claim that Zimmerman attacked Martin. Also you ignore the photo taken by the citizen immediately after the altercation. You ignore the fact that Zimmerman was cleaned up by the medics on the site before being transported to the police station. Where do you get your facts? You would make a very poor jurior. Look at facts and forget the theories.

Not only do teens at suburban grad parties smoke weed, they also pop pills, drink liquor, snort dope, and have sex. I never heard of the kinds of drugs available to suburban teens until I attended a school in the 8th grade. They're not innocent little white angels that you pretend they are, Chester.

Where did I say otherwise? We're talking about this specific police incident, Tyrone. Try and keep up.

You may also note that the Can of Iced Tea turned into "Arizona Watermelon Fruit Drink", which is used by some along with skittles and a cough medicine to make a drug cocktail called Lean.
I am not saying that Trayvon was making a drug cocktail, just stating facts that the media seems to not want to report. Before anyone goes crazy, I am aware that Arizona is famous for tea but it also makes other drinks.
