I cannot wait.

Does Hilliard televise their Board meetings?

You know, the defense shopped through two judges before they got to her.

I honestly don't think I heard a legal eagle deny that jury selection is 99.9% of the case. Now you have two that are stray pups. Reflect, could you forget that?
Just been listening to the process. There was some back and forth about just how realistic it was to challenge the prosecution for striking 4 white women in a row, given that the overwhelming majority of prospective jurors were women and most are white.

However, she made the prosecution give reasons for each one and they offered things from the voire dire that they found questionable. Looked like the judge kinda arbitrarily split the diff and allowed the challenge on some but not all.

Theatrics by the prosecution will be a turn-off to this jury.
O'Mara will remain level-headed and demonstrate that the prosecution lacks evidence to support its charge.
I believe that you have that backwards, tip.

O'Mara is the one who has held numerous press conferences, released bad (and untruthful) info about the victim, filed motion after motion claiming that they had insufficient time to prepare (each one struck down by the judge), put his client on TV and on and on and on.

The defense has also "outed" three prospective jurors--after making an incredibly big show about keeping the jurors anonymous--and called one such juror a "stealth juror" who threatens the whole justice system.

And the prosecution has ...?

I don't believe that the jury was in the room during the selection process.

How would they find out?

Columbus has broadcast their Board meetings for years.

I guess Hilliard is just behind the times, huh.

Not cowardice whatsover Paco. I'm much smarter than you. There's no reason whatsoever for me to disclose where I earned my three degrees.

Its about as relevant to any discussion we have here as where your parents were when they conceived baby Paco.

Sayeth the man who is too afraid to face the school board himself.

Looks like your school board does indeed provide for broadcasting its meetings in its Policy documents.

Why not go so we can see the courageous George in action?

You cannot seriously attempt to feign ignorance on this one, Reader.
We've already discussed it, for Pete's sake.

Crump has coached what he deemed a key witness, allowed her to lie under oath, lied about her age, and withheld evidence...among other things.

Crump is not a part of the prosecution team.
