just cost us hundreds of thousands of bucks to bust someone for making ten thousand? funny part is by the time he paid food, airline, taxi, doctor, pills etc, they didnt make as much as you think.

sad part is we just got billed for this. and it was their own choice to do drugs. why do republicans say they dont tell people what to do with their lives or body then they create a war on drugs?

pretty obvious they just did it to create a multimillion dollar a year business owned and ran by the gov but paid for by the people.

why doesn't the law make the drug makers buy back all the illegally obtained drugs .the drug company's are making billions of dollars off of it ,and the drugs are destroyed .then take the money and pay some government bills with it .same with the drugs that get turned in to be disposed of ,medicare is paying for this ,so why should the drug company get rich off the back of tax payers.it must be nice to be able to just pump out your product and not have to worry about if its going to be bought or not .

You have no clue to just how much money these dudes were making of these pills and furthermore the countless people that they sold their pills to have become addicts or were already there. Ten- thousand dollars my ass. Some of those oxy's sell for twenty to thirty dollars a pill! Just for the record the war on drugs started with Nancy Reagan but she was to late, drugs were already out of control. The war on drugs will never be won by the government.

D A R E is dead. Get a new tactic in place. Drugs are more prominent than ever, and we waste our time and money on "prevention" to deaf kids in schools.

AMEN Saywhat! They prob made well over a hundred grand a piece...and I am sure that they had their "customers or patients" drive to Florida and not fly, to get the pills. In the South Florida area there are well over 100 so called "pain clinics" that are more than happy to take your money and give you what you want...I am willing to bet that the "patients" are addicts who got paid in pills to go to these clinics and do the grunt work. To bad for them now that their connection is going to prison!

I didn't realize what these pain pills can do to people who got addicted to them until it was somebody I knew. Just like heroin or crack, it WILL tempt them to steal or do whatever to get them. This is in addition to turning their brains to mush and absolutely killing their motivation to do anything but pursue their next fix. Yes, I would put it in a category with heroin and crack for sure.

And people were complaining about controlling pain clinics. They need to do it nationwide to stop trips to the sunshine state.

This proves that pharmaceutical companies are in with doctors and gangsters, which proves Obama's health care plan is better.

Unfortunately they haven't stopped anything, except these two. I can name 10 people right off the top of my head that drives to Flordia at least once a month, sometimes twice, to get these drugs. Doesn't do any good to call though, nobody does anything. I'm sure there are already two people that have stepped in to fill these guys' shoes, and were very happy to do it.

LOSERS!!!
