Further, had the pregnancy actually threatened the life of the mother, the mother had a legal right to terminate up to the point of birth. And she did not.
Her suit is frivolous and morally offensive.
In fact, I have currently have no opinion on this case other than to note that it is is an exceptional one and there is clearly a good bit to consider. Far more than I have seen published to date.
