The prices are listed on the PUCO website. I saw nothing drastic. And then there's this. Are you sure the conservation request didn't account for a lower gas bill?

"CLEVELAND, Ohio -- On the eve of another Arctic blast that will push temperatures below zero, Dominion East Ohio is asking customers to use less of the fuel.

In a special alert late Friday, the company urged customers over the coming week "to voluntarily turn down their thermostats and lower the setting on their water heaters if they can do so safely."

The company also asked its commercial and industrial customers to "reduce the use of natural gas for manufacturing or processing if practicable."

Dominion made a similar plea during the cold snap that began on Jan. 5 and managed to get through a week of extraordinary demand with only a few hundred complaints of low gas pressure.

Although Dominion East Ohio's distribution system is connected to multiple interstate pipelines and now includes direct supplies of Ohio shale gas, the company credits its customer conservation efforts earlier in the month for limiting disruptions."

Did you move?

"The Marcellus Shale, which ranges from upstate New York through Pennsylvania to West Virginia and parts of Ohio, experienced an epic drilling boom a few years ago. In 2011, the rig count hovered above 130, week after week. Now it’s down to 85 rigs. But instead of production plunging, it has soared – up 57% in the first half of 2013 over prior year. Reason: new pipelines and pipeline expansions are being put into service. Primary beneficiary: New York City. It finally gets to switch from dirty and expensive heating oil to natural gas."

" In the eastern half of the region, such as in Ohio, the interstate Dominion Transmission Company and Columbia Gas Transmission Company systems predominate. Each system provides extensive service to affiliated local distribution companies (LDCs)(NiSource and Dominion), and in the case of Columbia, access to 15 underground natural gas storage sites located in Ohio. Both systems are essentially extensions of natural gas pipeline operations that developed historically in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. In fact, a portion of the natural gas delivered in Ohio from these systems originates with natural gas production in Appalachia."

But yes, I agree that the employers should be prosecuted for breaking already existing immigration law.
There is also that pesky existing law that makes it a crime to come into the USA illegally and to work in the US illegally......
Frankly dude, as I am on commercial construction sites every day I have to imagine you are only working for your high school buddies on their home residential projects.
.......or you are just FN lying.......
Most stone guys, sheet rock guys, stucco guys, roofing guys etc. these days are almost exclusively illegal immigrants.....

Or maybe like Duke, your too fkn stupid to see the absolute truth in it. Because just about anybody can mop floors, floor moppers don't make a lot. Fewer people can write computer programs, so those wages are higher. Applies to any job. Including management.

Che went to Everest to be a paralegal and was dismayed to discover she was going to make a third the salary of an average staff attorney at a small firm. It's all a right wing plot, dontcha know...

I really don't see how much clearer you can be. Those that don't want to extend the effort will ALWAYS have the lower income.

I think inequality spurs ambition. All we need to determine is if the ambition is to better oneself in order aquire more stability via wealth or ambition to hold the taxpayers hostage to provide for you and your family.

That is not entirely true.

If it were, fuel oil would be the same price in Maine as it is in Texas. There is a reason XL is being built, and it isn't to serve the American market.
