Notice a pattern emerging from "the most transparent White House ever"?

WH Won't Release Photos of Obama Team During Benghazi Attack

by Ben Shapiro

Today, the White House officially refused to release photos of US officials during the September 11 terrorist attacks on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that ended with the deaths of four Americans. CBS News requested the photos on October 31; the White House has routinely released photos showing members of the Obama administration in their hero poses during national security crises. That happened most famously with pictures of the Obama administration key players clustered into the White House situation room during the raid on Osama Bin Ladenís compound in Pakistan.

The White House told CBS to ask the White House Photo Office; that office then delayed for nearly three weeks. Finally, the Office said they wouldnít release any photos without the permission of the White House Press Office, which has been utterly unresponsive to this point. CBS News has also not been told any details about the Obama administrationís actions during the Benghazi events.

So much for Obamaís pledged transparency, despite Obamaís words at his bloviating press conference of November 14, 2012:

"We have provided every bit of information that we have, and we will continue to provide information Ö. we will provide all the information that is available about what happened on that day."

Right.

They were all sleeping during the attack. The whitehouse switchboard operator was in charge but no one took her photo and she did not have the proper authority to order that our men in Benghazi be given military help.

We'll never get the truth on this.

Actually, we know most of the truth, which is that our treacherous President watched as the attack was taking place and refused to order the military to go to the aid of the Embassy personnel. He and his cronies in the White House apparently didnít care that Americans were murdered virtually in front of them. How could we ever have been so foolish as to elect this kind of man to the highest office in the land?
If he can use drones to kill Americans in Yemen, he could have done the same to the attackers at Benghazi. Instead, he let them die as he watched. Now Obama is threatening to use these drones in our country on our citizens. One of the Americans he killed in Yemen was only 16 years old. The boy was sitting in a restaurant, sometime after his father had been killed, when he was suddenly killed. Must have taken a lot of courage to murder a boy whose only crime was to be born to a father who was allegedly a terrorist.(Isnít that what Obama is becoming to America?)
Below is part of the story about the above mentioned drone murders----
http://www.411mania.com/politics/columns/2734...
ďAs you are no doubt aware, the U.S. crossed a pretty serious line back in 2011 when it used drones to kill American citizens in Yemen, without what most reasonable people would recognize as due process. One strike killed two U.S.-born terror suspects, Anwar Al-Awlaki and Samir Khan. Obama has said that Al-Awlaki "took the lead in planning and directing efforts to murder innocent Americans ... and he repeatedly called on individuals in the United States and around the globe to kill innocent men, women and children to advance a murderous agenda." Khan was the editor of a pro-jihad magazine called Inspire. The evidence that these two men posed an imminent threat to the U.S. has never been presented.

Even more disturbing was another drone strike weeks later that killed Al-Awlaki's 16-year-old son Abdulrahman. To my knowledge, the younger Al-Awlaki has never been accused of anything other than having bad father, as if that's something he could control.

To be sure, the U.S. has used drones to indiscriminately kill people of several nationalities. Turning these weapons on American citizens simply represents the lengths the White House is willing to go to dispatch those that it judges to be a threat.

Bunch of folks using their anal parts to talk with. Circumstances of Benghazi (in which the US was attackied) were completely different from taking down Osama bin Laden--where we took the initiative. The notion that there was some sort of live feed of minute by minute activity in Benghazi was flatly debunked by Hillary Clinton before Congress. Not releasing pictures of a scene that didn't exist in the way that the right imagines is not exactly the same as a lack of transparency.

Maybe the Breitbart folks can find someone to photoshop on for you, though.

You mean Hillary Clinton, that same paragon of truth who said:
"I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base."
--Hillary Clinton, speech at George Washington University, March 17, 2008.

Far from running to an airport building with their heads down, Clinton and her party were greeted on the tarmac by smiling U.S. and Bosnian officials. An eight-year-old Moslem girl, Emina Bicakcic, read a poem in English. An Associated Press photograph of the greeting ceremony, above, shows a smiling Clinton bending down to receive a kiss.

"There is peace now," Emina told Clinton, according to Pomfret's report in the Washington Post the following day, "because Mr. Clinton signed it. All this peace. I love it."

The First Lady's schedule, released on Wednesday and available here, confirms that she arrived in Tuzla at 8.45 a.m. and was greeted by various dignitaries, including Emina Bicakcic,(whose name has mysteriously been redacted from the document.)

You can see CBS News footage of the arrival ceremony here. The footage shows Clinton walking calmly out of the back of the C-17 military transport plane that brought her from Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany.

Well, you got her word, in sworn testimony before Congress against the speculation of a bunch of folks who keep tripping over their own internet rumors (check into "Friends of Hamas" story, for instance). Who to believe?

Yes I know about that story, lib comments were drowning the site for weeks over that. It does impinge their credibility, but your advocacy of the MSM is no better.

O.K. That's not the former, famous real notlocal (me), but I agree with what whoever has written above.

I'll add that they are shameless hypocrites because of the rush to get photos of themselves during the Bin Laden raid telecast, and treasoness for naming the exact special force team that killed Bin Laden.

Now, let's hear from the survivors of Benghazi!

That's her. The same Hillary Clinton who fled to Peru and stayed a month before she refused and trumped up excuses to answers questions on Benghazi. She same one who stood in the hangar with the bodies of the killed and lied to their parents about the dam trumped up video.

Her word's no good no matter how many times she's sworn in and what the subject matter.

Believe the person who has nothing to gain or cover up is first rule.

She's just another tool of the left. Won't they ever have someone with dignity emerge?

This thread began as a decent one, so letís keep it that way, please. Your obscene remark about anal parts accomplishes little in the way of discussing the issue. It was not just a notion about the live activity being observed by Obama but a fact. If you believe the lies Obama ordered Clinton to broadcast to the country about Benghazi, you are naÔve. The fact is the military was not given permission by our worthless President to go to the aid of the Americans when they should have been. He did know what was happening when it was taking place and he made a deliberate choice to let them die; then he fed lie after lie to us about what happened, even putting the blame on an innocent filmmaker. The truth is we have a President who hates America and has done not one thing for its benefit since taking office. His betrayal of the Americans who died at Benghazi without his lifting a finger to help was criminal and he should be impeached for it; but that, of course, wonít happen since most Congressmen are as worthless as he.

Logan (my favorite nephew is named Logan), Reader, aka Skimmer and Twister, will disagree with everything you post and also twist it in order to change the subject or challenge you. Che and Tran will jump in and support her, no matter how ridiculous the liberal stand.

Everything you've said is true. In my opinion, it takes courage to lead. Obama has no courage. I don't even think he has convictions other than promoting his own popularity. He has arrogrance, which is a really poor subsitute for courage.

I think the Benghazi attack was a pre-planned event that was supposed to be a hostage taking with release just prior to election day to cement Obama's win over Romney; I believe Morsi was included and the 'demostrations' in Eqypt were planned to happen simutaneously and I believe the terrorists in Lybia either met more resistance then they expected or got carried away, or accidently set the building on fire and killed the embassador and his aide.

The video was most likely released intentionally.

I think all of the above. What I know is that less than two weeks after the embassy murders, Obama gave orders for a money wire of over $400 million be sent directly to Morsi. It was noticed by Kay Granger, a jr politician from Texas and stopped.

And I do not think that Obama likes America or Americans at all. But we are stuck with him because no matter what he does, if anyone speaks out, they are automatically a racist. Let's hope he does as little damage as possible beyond what he's already done.
