The One who inspired the writers to pen those words.

Are you sure you're a believer?
Because that fact is covered in Jesus 101.

Oh, you're talking about Arrius Calpurnius Piso! Not every single word was inspired, deacon. You need to know the truth from the falsehoods.

I listen to Catholic radio regularly.
I find it immensely encouraging, and I'm not even a Catholic.
I was thinking about this more tonight when I was flipping through channels and listening to WRFD and comparing it to Catholic Radio. Not that I listen to either of those stations as much as I listen to regular talk radio, but I like Catholic Radio because it seems to be a deeper presentation giving more background and more of a historical perspective.

Comparing it to the WRFD show I was listening to, he was giving a tragic real life situation and interspersing passages from the bible. The information there was fine as well, but for some reason it seems a little more formal and canned to me.

Likewise, the mass-ish and the more "traditional" type programming on Catholic Radio doesn't do much for me. I like when they discuss the history, the how things are done and why, and the way they tie things in to real life.

Religious teaching is the most powerful I think when people can effectively tie things into real life situations that people can relate to.

Could just be a difference in style and personal preference, but that's what I like.

That isn't what Bob said. He said one spouse for life. That's my point.

That would be the teachings of nearly all religions, except for Mormonism and Islam, wouldn't it? Although, some of them have their ways out.

And as if on cue, the Jesus Freak goes right to the vagina. Who in their right mind would want to be a member of an organization with members like that?

Bill Clinton responds to people whose beliefs he disagrees with by writing comments about their vaginas and detailed descriptions of gay sex acts? I haven't seen that.

Medicaid is funded by taxpayers, Occupiercare mandates the covering of free birth control.

Forcing us to condone what we find immoral, and the point of a gun to extract taxation, will only lead to war.

I'm less concerned with your tax bill than your assertion that somehow Mpnf has utilized government funds in the care and maintenance of her vagina.

Blah, blah, blah war. Blah, blah war. You don't even have the cajones to stop paying your taxes. You certainly don't have them to go to war.

P.S. I'm not even close to being a Jesus Freak. In fact, most Jesus Freaks cringe when I start running my mouth ... but that's the way us ethnic types are.

BUT, the environment I grew up in is every bit Jesus Freak from the standpoint of the behaviors that were allowed. Light on religion, heavy on behavior consistent with religion. And from what I see around me, for the most part it works.

If she doesn't in her specific instance, her mentality represents the mentality of the masses that do. I have no use for the Sandra Fluke?Julia/Mpnf's of the world. GET A JOB!

How about yours? Are we paying for yours to be hosed out? You're awfully "touchy" about these things, little girl.

Even white Americans have started making banana jokes. Your "boy" is a lame duck.
