Columbus fire crews find some areas too far away

Columbus firefighters can't reach some outlying sections of the city quickly enough and must rely on neighboring departments, which some fire administrators blame on a growing population and lack of planning.

Ya know, this is an excellent opportunity for the Mystical Chief Paxton to bring on a cadre of those somalis he's hankering to diversify the department with. Since Columbus is quickly approaching the event horizon of Third World status, then some third worlders just may have the key to solving the problem.
