I wish to make an offer. I have $459.00 as a down payment and would like to finance the rest. What are my payments for thirty years?

Nobody wants to move to Ohio and nobody in their right mind will buy it for the asking price.

"I'm turning 50 years old this year; my kids are gone; I'm an empty nester," she said. "It's a lot of place for one person.

In other words, she is broke and no one is buying $150 baskets that costs $3 each to make.

After what seemed like a lifetime of thirty-Year adjustable-rate mortgages, with monthly mortgage payments going up all the time, The "123 Refinance" helped me to lock in a great low fixed rate of 3.16%, helping me to guarantee myself the ability to always make my mortgage payment on time with money to spare.

Wow, she just sat there for 45mins and watched. How tranquil and scenic for her. For a busy person to sit and waste 45mins is crazy. No wonder they are in trouble as a company. She needs to do some time managment courses to get her self more productive.

I bet we will see a commerative basket this year for the mansion that was sold. How wonderful! I cant wait.

Longaberger is too big to fail. I demand that we all be taxed to bail out Tami and her company.

go back to basics, stop selling all the other crap and make something people need without the ridiculous price..

doing what worked a decade or more isnt cutting it, baskets r passe..make something practical.

inheriting a business doesn't take any skill, keeping it pertinent and successful does.

Tami Longaberger is a MILF. I can see why bankrupt Bernie Kosar picked her as his sugar mommy.

I think that was her sister. Their marriage lasted only something like three years? I have a comment, but I will refrain because I'm sure it will be deleted.

Only 15 million? Would you take 12 million, I see weeds in that formal garden! Pittiful gardening. On second thougth any baskets under $5 I could afford?

I hope someone soon finds that this is their Dream Home or Dream place for a business.

We all need to follow our dreams. Just think how many people were hired in the building of this estate and how many are needed to take care of this estate.

As far as "Sharing the wealth". I'm sure the annual tax bill of $130,582 helps the county.

It will be good for Ohio to have someone of the wealth to be able to afford this place to move in to the area. It sounds like a win-win for Tami and the area.
