Che is a reactionary poster, Pale Rider delivers more content per post. That says a lot. If no one responded to Che, there would be no Che.
Not true. I respond to you. You have been too chicken to defend your positions when I challenge them for a couple of weeks now, but I'm still here. When there are no more lunatics posting rightwing garbage, then there will be no more Che.

everyone is not a pussy like you.

you are outnumbered, not those willing to fight for freedom.

you would be squashed like a bug within hours and know that to be fact. So you want to ban guns to protect yourself from slaughter.

sucks to be you. you still are targeted, and your failed attempt to confiscate turned ugly by making you a target to practice upon.

Don't think so. He's replying rationally, not in attack mode like you are 99% of the time. You sure you're not Duke's dog?
Just to be very clear, Duke has never "attacked" any human being in the eight years I have had him, and he was six months old when he brightened my life. He brings joy wherever he goes (unless you've left your trash out on the porch).

He certainly has killed his share of chipmunks, mice, and moles, but even then, he usually merely wants to play with them, and things get out of hand. And people have accused him of attacking cats, but those are false allegations. He loves them. I've seen him pick up tiny kittens in his mouth and proudly and protectively carry them around in the exact same fashion that mother cats do to their own younguns...that's where he learned how to do it.

I have seen him pose in a protective stance and snarl on a very rare occasion when there's a stranger approaching my son, and Duke apparently notices something amiss, but never has he attacked.

He's a good dog.

Interesting.
I would agree there is a lot of social "disruption" occuring. But we've seen it before--suffragettes, the Great Depression, civil rights, the entire 1960s, etc.
I just see it more that we are constantly negotiating how to get along within our ever-changing society. I'll admit though, I don't see how we'll ever reconcile radical Islam with western society. I just can't see it happening. Ever.
I agree for the most part. I'm not so worried about reconciling radicals. Stop hating on the moderates and radicalism will diminish. Access to a comfortable lifestyle tends to take off rough edges.

What I'm talking isn't about minor disruption, it's about the left going drunk with power and touching off major civil unrest.
For instance, imagine that federal funds start paying for Medicaid abortion on demand.
I can't pay taxes, I would willingly go to prison. About 10-20% of any future population would agree, how many can you send to prison?
That's in the D party platform.
Same with gun registration on the federal level, higher levels of confiscatory taxation, another foreign war, or strict "green" limits on the economy.
When there is no political recourse to 10% of the population committed enough to a cause to go to prison, war is usually the answer.(I'm referring to a certain "Delta Smelt")
Tax protests have always been around to se extent. Takes a pretty high level of commitment and I suspect your folks ain't all that.

Whatever you say, Kaczynski. You aren't willing to give up your boats and your marlin and your mansions for your cause. I'm not too worried about it.

The Word of God was divinely inspired by the Spirit of God.
Isaiah 59:21
"And as for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the Lord:“My Spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children's offspring,” says the Lord,“from this time forth and forevermore.”
This reads exactly like the rules to "I've got a secret"

If the words are not to depart out of ones mouth or their offsprings mouths or their offsprings mouths, your down to God making a secret pact. The Old Testament is full of those, funny, the new law under Jesus did away with all that.

I've had some knock down, drag outs with Tony. I don't consider his ideas to be all that radical, he has changed my view on a few things and I highly respect his input.

What's radical about expecting a high level of proof and sticking to my guns when it's not there? I was doing what a juror was SUPPOSED to do, not just rush to judgement so I can go home early.(and you wonder why there are so many convicts who are later proven innocent...)

Wait until radical Christianity gets going...
It's already been tried, more than a few times:

Westboro
Repent Armadillo
Army of God

Google Christian reconstructionism, which supports the idea of abolishing the divide between church and state, very scary movement, does resemble Islam in many ways.

Radicalism exists, it's ironically not a picky or prejudiced method of thinking. Can affect anyone, of any race, nationality, creed.

Also check into Dominionism. Some of those folks popped up in support of Rick Perry. When things went badly for him they kinda fell apart. Couldn't unite behind Michelle Bachman--forget who else they were interested.

Some of the stealth work of Christian radicals has to do with revisionist history (which in some states they have been able to move into required text books) supportive of the notion that the US was founded as a Christian nation.

The kill the gays legislation in Uganda was written/supported by some radical US groups. Some believe this is a trial of implementing "Seven Mountains" theology in support of theocracy.

Just to be clear, I'm female. I can be catty and take the lead of Lily, resident mackerel tabby, now and again. That feline has a good "people sense." If she doesn't like someone, she'll growl and hiss, turn around to show you her butt, and walk away. If she thinks someone's ok, she'll paw you and wait to have her head and back rubbed and then sit next to you and purr. She might play with a dog, I don't know. She never had them around her, only fur child here. I don't know if she shares catnip. Usually content to sit in the window, sunning herself, and meow at the geese and neighbors to say "hello." (Lord help her if she ever decides to play with the geese. She's dead. The geese here are vicious.)

Meow.

Amusing to ponder exactly what such legislation might look like, not to mention how RS plans to work around the Constitution.

BTW--isn't upending the Constitution sort of the working definition of radicalism in this country?

Just sayin'.
