In case anyone is wondering; Sirhan Sirhan is a Muslim and is considered a hero in Muslimville. Sirhan Sirhan was a forerunner of todays Muslim terrorist, killing people who do not agree with you.

Okay, you really are a troll. It is well know that Sirhan Sirhan is a PALESTINIAN CHRISTIAN. He killed RFK over his stance on Israel. You are an idiot and an troll. Get your facts right or don't post.

That may be true, but Sirhan Sirhan killed Senator Kennedy over his support of Israel during the six day war. Sirhan Sirhan felt that Senator Kennedy had betrayed Arabs and Muslims with his support of Israel. Thus, the hero status of Sirhan Sirhan.

Okay, let’s take a look at your statement: In case anyone is wondering; Sirhan Sirhan is a Muslim and is considered a hero in Muslimville. Sirhan Sirhan was a forerunner of todays Muslim terrorist, killing people who do not agree with you.
Now let’s dissect the first part of the first sentence: Sirhan Sirhan is a Muslim. This is the main thrust of your post and completely inaccurate. He was born a Palestinian Christian and though has shifted sects, remains a Christian.
Next you state:“and is considered a hero in Muslimville”. He might be considered a hero in Palestine or Lebanon but not necessary beyond that geographical area. He might be considered a hero amongst the Arabs for his Anti-Zionist stance, not for being a Muslim. He might also be considered a hero by Muslims but that would be lately and for an example of standing up the “Great Satan”. Being Arab doesn’t absolutely mean being Muslim, Palestinian’s are pro-Arab more than they are pro-Muslim. The Israeli-Arab conflict is traced back to the creation of Israel and not any fanatical Muslim teachings. In 1968, at the height of Nasser’s Pan-Arab push, after the 6 day war, Anti-Zionism was at its peak causing Sirhan to act (statements from the PLO, again a secular institution) didn’t help.
“Sirhan Sirhan was a forerunner of today’s Muslim terrorist, killing people who do not agree with you.” We’ve already established that he wasn’t a Muslim, so that adjective doesn’t apply. He wasn’t a terrorist as his goal was to kill one person, not spread terror through intimidation and mass destruction. And murder is killing people who do not agree with you so by your definition, all murderers are terrorists. That might be so but by including “Muslim”, you are just inciting religious hatred which is might also be considered terrorism.

Let’s look at your next post:
That may be true, but Sirhan Sirhan killed Senator Kennedy over his support of Israel during the six day war. Sirhan Sirhan felt that Senator Kennedy had betrayed Arabs and Muslims with his support of Israel. Thus, the hero status of Sirhan Sirhan.
You say “That might be true”. What is not true? I’m assuming you are referring his religious views. By inserting the word “might”, you are questioning a long established fact by inferring that perhaps it might not be true. That is disingenuous and a standard tactic of those who seek to discredit and misinform. And again you insert Muslims implying that he acted in Islamic interests where that is simply not the case. He acted strictly for Arab interests. Muslim fanaticism didn’t become a problem until seventies when Iran expelled the Allahtoyah to France where he begin to formulate Iranians against the Shah and the United States (another discussion). Even then it was under control until the eighties when we funded the Mujahideen (fore-runners of the Taliban) to fight the Soviets. All of this was well after 1968 and not related to the Palestinian issue at all which was Sirhan’s main concern.
We can’t control who becomes heroes to other cultures and races for the actions they commit. Perhaps if the US’s actions where different at different times in history he wouldn’t be (again different discussion) but to take a murder out of context and try to mix in hatred for another religion does nothing but inflame prejudice against that religion and their followers for all of the wrong reasons. At that point, you are twisting history to your own ends, not unlike the fanatics you despise.

I'm glad Sirhan did not get parole. He killed more than a man. He killed a Dream. I'm from the Era that believed in The Dream for America's future.
Sirhan should spend the rest of his life in prison. And, when he dies, he should be buried in a nameless grave.
