Tip rarely states facts. Look closely.

99% of the time, cut and paste opinions of others.

I call that buttressing one's argument. You call it, "Shit, he's got something to back him up."

Indeed, I did not pen the U.S. Constitution.

Well it would be characterized as buttressing one's argument if it weren't merely broad, conclusory opinions unsupported by facts.

Unfortunately, that's never what Tippy offers.

I have too much self respect to be a lawyer and I know my BA earns me more than the average lawyer's salary in Ohio.

Well now then, you should be able to apply that logic to the question about why the Obamas' law licenses are in inactive status.

Maybe.

The little girl got torched and struggled to come up with a third grade response. Funny, yet also pathetic.
It is pretty obvious they did and painfully obvious Tip hasn't.

I didn't waste three years post-grad, two bar exams and a combined $180,000.
See how that works?

I agree, the cost of Harvard is too high. But you know what?

I think it paid off for them. And I think you've got a severe case of envy.

Because they haven't renewed their license and they are no longer residents of the regions in which they were licensed to practice. Also, by moving it to private, they can keep some of their personal information private. That's pretty much common sense.

What a lot of people don't realize is that the president has an entire network of legal experts and judges and the DOJ who are used to review a lot of laws and presidential actions. This prevents issues where someone may think that he may be violating parts of the constitution. Imagine having every single post you write online reviewed and edited and spellchecked by 100 experts in what you are writing about. That's what he has access to. That's why he doesn't and hasn't made any dumb mistakes like proposing anything unconstitutional. Also, once you have a law degree and a phd, you are considered an expert.

When the DOJ is headed by a marxist shit eater and the president is a marxist shit eater, the smart money is on them not earning their law degree and passing the Bar exam but on them blowing their whay through the entrenched queers to get where they are and not on them being intelligent. Insane would be likely since everywhere Marxism has been tried it is a complete failure.
You don't know what you are talking about. You obviously fail to understand the definition of Marxism. Also, Maxism in itself was not a failure. They lacked infrastructure prior to implementing Marxism which is why it failed. They ran out of money trying to build from scratch. Plus there were other unresolved national issues which preventing the entire nation from focusing on the main goal that Marx had envisioned. The idea in itself wasn't flawed, just its implementation. I'm not a supporter of Marxism, I just know the facts. I would and could have been much more successful. But as for the current US administration, which was democratically elected twice, overwhelmingly the second time, cannot in any way be logically described as anything resembling Marxist. Also, it has been well documented that Eric Holder and President Obama have law degrees and passed the Bar exam. Not liking facts does not make them any less factual.

I read it. What you've cited above is the opinion of a Republican Economist, not a Constitutional scholar. Mr. Roth, though completely untrained in law, as a former regulator for the FCC should know full well that regulatory bodies like the FCC have the Constitutional authority to impose fees such as the one Obama has proposed, without getting Congressional approval.
Your viewpoint is more than just a bit flawed. You look at complex issues and see only black and white.
That most certainly is not a proper analytical stance for someone to take when looking at issues of Constitutionality.
