Yeah. Nate peppers his posts with name calling, racial pejoratives, and right wing craziness. I don't. You like all those things so you align yourself with Nate. This isn't rocket science.
As opposed to your name calling, religious bigotry and leftist, anti-American ideology.
Got it.

You come here, call everyone stupid, are as rude as can be constantly, and assume that your perceptions are always correct. You're right. It's not rocket science, 0.0. I did say much of what you perceive to be bigoted or racial insults is irony on his part. Tell me again, why is it ok for a black person to call another person the N word, or for me to make smacks at Dukie in Polish (he claims he is of descent), but it is wrong for a non-black to use the N word or even for a black person to call me a "Pollack?"

I do agree with Nate politically more often than not. That YOU disagree politically is YOUR problem. When Nate and I disagree, we agree to disagree. It doesn't become an infernal emotionally fueled one upmanship designed to provide him or I with entertainment.

You also come straight out and damn religion, and insist someone is crazy because they refuse to conform to your atheism? Good lord you freak, are we to march lock step with you, follow your every bytching word?

Name calling? I tell people when they are stupid. You will be very hard pressed to find a post with me calling anyone a "booner" or a "redneck" or anything of the sort. I have no problem with religious people who aren't hypocrites. If you ever met a true leftist you would wet your pants in fear. And I am extremely pro-America. What you posted isn't reality. It is your own fantasy.

Ok, let me clue you in on something that I always forget isn't obvious. In order to engage in a conversation, you have to listen to what the other person says. You are just talking to yourself without any regard to what anyone else posts.
Really? Well well well....PROJECTION!

Can we have a discussion regarding conservative politics before you go off the deep end and assume stupidity on another person's end? NOPE.

Can we have a discussion regarding Catholicism before you go off the deep end and state, unequivocally, that it's all "myth" and "nonsense?" NOPE.

Use your incredibly atrophied brain and see if you can figure out the difference. Telling someone that there stupid comments are in fact, stupid, is a different animal that calling people "booner," "ni###r," or "bytch."

Why do you insist on assuming that only one person in that scenario is engaged in "infernal emotionally fueled one upmanship?" The funny thing is, Nate is the most consistent and universal name caller of anyone. Yet you assign that behavior to others.

I don't think people are crazy for not being atheist. Most of my friends and family aren't. My disdain is reserved for people who expect me to live by their supposed religious beliefs when they refuse to do so themselves.

Beginning now, with the opening of government-run health-insurance exchanges, President Barack Obama will be prohibiting American Catholics from practicing their faith in the way they live their daily lives.
This is an act of tyranny. Yet, many Americans in positions of public authority and influence have greeted it with silence and inaction.
I do not use the word tyranny lightly here. Obama is abusing his power as president to unilaterally impose on Catholics — and millions of other Americans who share the Catholic moral view on certain matters — a regulation that forces them to act against their moral convictions and the teachings of their faith.
He has declared war on their souls.
The Catholic Church teaches that sterilization, artificial contraception and abortion are intrinsically immoral and Catholics cannot be involved in them.
Last year, President Obama's Department of Health and Human Services issued a regulation, under Obamacare, requiring that almost all health care plans in the United States must provide coverage, without any fees or co-pay, for sterilizations, contraceptives and abortion-inducing drugs.
Obama was boasting about this regulation last week.
At no time has he offered to exempt from it those individual Americans whom he has put in the position of needing to choose between obeying his bureaucratic mandate and the teachings of their faith.
Since Obama's administration first issued this regulation, America's Catholic bishops have forcefully and unambiguously declared it an "unjust law."
"A human law has the character of law to the extent that it accords with right reason, and thus derives from the eternal law," says the Catholic Catechism, quoting St. Thomas Aquinas. "Insofar as it falls short of right reason it is said to be an unjust law, and thus has not so much the nature of law as of a kind of violence."
Yes, Obama's sterilization-contraception-ab ortifacient mandate is "a kind of violence."
"If rulers were to enact unjust laws or take measures contrary to the moral order, such arrangements would not be binding in conscience," says the Catholic Catechism. "In such a case,'authority breaks down completely and results in shameful abuse.'"
Yes, Obama's sterilization-contraception-ab ortifacient mandate is a "shameful abuse."
Archbishop Timothy Broglio, leader of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services, succinctly explained the evil of Obama's regulation in a letter he asked Catholic chaplains to read to U.S. troops attending Mass in January 2012.
Obama's regulation, Archbishop Broglio said, "strikes at the fundamental right to religious liberty for all citizens of any faith."
"It is a blow to a freedom that you have fought to defend and for which you have seen your buddies fall in battle," the archbishop told the troops.
"We cannot — we will not — comply with this unjust law," he said.
Many other bishops said these exact words in letters to their own dioceses: "We cannot — we will not — comply with this unjust law."

There is no difference in what names are called, same behavior, right? And you agitate. You won't accept that behavior.

The funny thing is, you refuse to understand and accept your own behavior in all of this. I'm only really another anonymous Topix poster to you. To others here, I am not. Get it? Oh wait, maybe not. You don't get that concept of getting to know someone and understand them, do you?

I don't believe anyone has coerced you regarding religion. You seem to have a knee-jerk reaction. YOu refuse to listen to their explanations and perhaps gain deeper understanding into their thoughts. I know some really moral atheists and some really amoral and unethical ones--I happen to consider amorality as bad as immorality. Get it? Maybe not. But many who do believe are not the stupid sheep you care to call them. Most I know are highly intelligent and educated. Hell, I know a few Jesuits, one with a Ph.D. in languages. I'd sit and talk with him all day, and I really don't agree with everything he has to say, either. But damn if he isn't unable to hold a conversation quite well with many people, including die hard atheists. You seem to lack that ability.

Now, here's my guess as to what will happen next. You will pounce and the summation of the response will be "Bbbbbbbut Nate does this...." Wah. Nate's a big boy, he knows what he's doing, he's responsible for his own actions. Don't give us any more of your lame shit about how the devil made you do it and how it's ok for you to do something because of how you perceive Nate. Grow the hell up, it has nothing to do with me or whether or not I agree with Nate. Incredulous, really, how persons who claim to be adults and "pro-America" can be!

Good night, Gracie.
