No evidence of that. No bruising of the chest or any other evidence that Zimmerman attacked Martin. There IS, however, evidence that Zimmerman was busted in the face after (as his girlfriend testified) Zimmerman asked Martin what he was doing there.

Don't be coy. By establishing the standards, they gave the states something to compare to.
You said Obama signed a law controlling what people could and couldn't eat. You have yet to back up that ridiculous assertion.

If not for that law, the state wouldn't peek into students' lunch bags. Get technical all you want, but your boy made it possible. That girl was forced to eat certain food because of that law. If it had been MY daughter, there would have been criminal charges brought.

First, the law is technical. That's what people like you don't understand when you make stupid statements like you did.

Second, read that article again. The girl didn't eat the vegetables. We are still free.

The state's conduct was volitional and independent of federal law. In fact, the state acted in a manner that is not prescribed for under the law.

Not sure what sort of criminal charges you're thinking of, and don't believe any would apply. A civil suit/injunction action would work just fine. Showing up every day with your child's lunch and forcing them to call the sheriff/police as you sit with your child and watch her eat lunch, pushing the issue with a few strategically placed calls to the local press would also work.
