No, Eric...those guidelines decree what is unacceptable to the federal government...anything that falls outside them.
Keep twisting, "lawyer."

Tell that to Tony and Georgie, aka Nate the Neoconservative. They insist that President Obama signed a law dictating what people can eat.
I'm pretty sure George is referencing what can be served in school cafeterias. Of course there is no law dictating what people can eat/serve in their own homes. The only "law" that could be applied here is what can legally be purchased with food stamps.

Right now, I've got the knife buried deep in Nate on two lies today alone and I intend to keep twisting it because I like watching him squirm. As far as respect goes, I give the man who calls black women "wookies" and "silverbacks," black men "Rastus" and "Pavement Apes," grown men "little girl" and "douche," as must respect as he deserves. If you don't like it, take your own advice and move on.

That's fine Pizza Boy. But it sure does nothing to help Paco prove that Obama and the USDA are dictating what people eat.

At least you acknowledge that.

PickaPackaLunchPaco never will.

Don't alter the question Paco.

How is Obama or the federal government dictating what people choose to eat, either in school, or elsewhere, military excluded.

You've proven nothing yet.

Hmmm. Well that is an interesting theory. It is odd that he is providing that information as support for Tony's unqualified assertion that President Obama signed a law dictating what people can eat. That seems a tad more broad than the USDA setting standards for school lunches, don't you think?

This may be a bit of a technicality, but if one tells another that he his ignoring him, then that person really isn't ignoring him. Do you see?

Let me ask you this: When you send little PickaPackaLunchPaco Jr. off to Hilliard High school in the morning, who decides whether he's going to pack a lunch, eat at school, or go off grounds and pick up a burger?

Is it Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Tom Vilsak, PickaPackaPunchPaco Jr., you, or somebody else?

Who makes that decision?

Right. Moochele can only try and stigmatize the rest of us...brainwashing the kids in elementary school is one method. So are the incessant PSAs on kids TV.

Those federal assclowns you mention have decided that he can't necessarily obtain what he wants at school...something as mundane as a soft drink.
And again, you need to refrain from mentioning local issues, geography, etc. There is no "Hilliard High School." There are three high schools in the district with their own names.

Now Michele Obama is "stigmatizing" and "brainwashing"?

This keeps getting more and more intriguing by the second.

That is simply tragic!!!

You can't buy him a little ice pack and a cooler and throw a couple of sodas in it for him every day? Maybe you should get up a little earlier on school days, you know...take a little control over your own parenting and stop worrying about what the federal government says.

Sorry for the error on the school name. I missed the last board meeting due to a panic attack.
