Personal Choice is the most important gift that God gave us so I am not advocating a lack of responsibility for our choices. However, if you learn that this man was sexually abused as a child and started using substances quite early to numb the pain and guilt; blackouts led to violence, violence led incarceration in an overcrowed prison system caused by an overcrowded docket of our overworked judges, would you or could you have a paradigm shift? There was a kind young man in there deeply burried by years of pain. Thankfully, we have a merciful and gracious God who is so much bigger than our finite minds can comprehend. One moment in time does not represent a life and this decision was a lot more complex than it seems. Please have respect for his family who are wonderful people.

I agree with you on everything that you said here except for one thing. Judges are not overworked. They are lazy and won't do anything to even try to fix such problems. Judges are only out to get re-elected. They aren't the least bit interested in the pursuit of justice. But everything else you say on here is true, especially about our merciful & gracious God.

And the word Bubba (hillbilly) is loss to family. If you could pull your head out of your dogs arse you might learn something, but it is obvious that you are not capable of the simplist task let alone "having an understanding" of what you are talking about.

Always remember what he wants he gets, probably knew his fellow prisoners were about to enlarge his anal area to the size of a manhole cover, He did leave a final short note though all it said was " I got my mind right boss" "I got my mind right boss"
