No one is saying they are.

No two marriages are equal any more than two incomes are equal. They just want to be treated the same by the government. Just as our vote is treated the same.
<quoted text>
13 states and DC disagree with you. Soon the rest will too. What someone else calls their relationship doesn't affect your marriage in the least (well at least it shouldn't). Therefore there is no valid reason (compelling government purpose) to complain. Like the Supreme Court said: "You have no standing".
I have never met a group of folks mre detached from reality than you all. You keep calling it marriage, but it's not.

REPEAT:

The case cannot be made that a same-sex relationship and a marriage are indistinguishable.

Therefore, the demand for "marriage equality" is invalid; it amounts to nothing more than same-sex partners demanding that they be allowed to label their relationship what they want regardless of the differences that exist in reality.

Our government has now complied and is coercing all citizens to do so as well. Without coercion, the face of "marriage equality" would not exist.

Some libertarians you are.

It might be helpful if you got out of your head and realized that we are talking about real people with real lives.
Let's see what blacks have to say about all that, hm?

Irrelevant.

Marriage is between one man and one woman.
Mr. and Mrs. Loving met the requirement.
Virginia v. Loving confirmed that race is not a factor.

The case cannot ever be made that a same-sex partnership and a marriage are indistinguishable.

But gender is a factor, fool? Is gender equality immoral too?

Racial purity laws date back for centuries in the US, and for thousands of years in other places like China and India. Just because England didn't have them before, and thus made not of common law, is irrelevant. It has precedent within the US. Also, the rest of the argument by this right wing source is retarded. Why don't gay people, by nature, not have the ability to marry? Gay people are marrying all the time. Is this some kind of supernatural phenomena? A lot of gay people compliment each other all of the time. That's how they got into relationships in the first place, fool. Just because you're heterosexual, doesn't mean you compliment a person you're with. We know that by the over 50% divorce rate of heterosexuals. Your article i a crock.

Gay people having pride parades, and trans people having gender neutral bathrooms, doesn't affect you negatively at all. You're just an old coot, who can't bear to see other people happy.

You deserve a refund on your public education.
And the word is "complementarity" -- not "compliment"

Am I getting too close to the truth there, tip? Does it make you mad seeing all those LGBT people happy, while you sit here, bitter and angry?

"A lot of gay people compliment each other all of the time."

"A lot of gay people complementarity each other all of the time."

One of these is right. Can you guess which one?

Thanks for providing another concrete example of your stupidity.

It wasn't necessary.
