Disparities in IQ exist, we can debate the causes, but they do exist.
There is a correlation that few will talk about...
Are you comparing black kids and white kids with identical backgrounds, family lifestyle, educational achievement, and careers of the parents? Or are you comparing a kid from ghettoized living with that of a Dublin kid with two college educated parents?

You know, GK, a bag of chips, one bag, no dip, seems to be quite something to hold a grudge about for such a long time.
Particularly since no one, least of all you, had any interest in eating them when they were there. I cannot even remember a cordial word that was spoken by you, let alone anything like, could you pass the chips?
Beyond that, no chauffeur, no chaperone, no body guard.
My daughter who was with me WAS worried about leaving me when her friends wanted to go do something together, because she had observed raised voices and frankly was not disposed to leave me alone with these people I had met on the internet.
But my decision to leave when her friends got there (and trust me, neither of them fit the requirements of "body guard") had mostly to do with not having a very enjoyable time with people who sorta pretend they want to be friends, but not enough to listen if someone is concerned about their hurtful behaviors.
As I have said before, I was intrigued by the suggestion that if people met in person they might drop some of the ugly that comes across online. Turned out that in this case, it wasn't true. So--it was a nice day, I had better things to do.
Now--is there someplace that I should deliver bags of chips in order to make amends for the grievous social error of giving them to someone who wanted to eat them?
What a load.

"Observed raised voices?"

Well duh! It was in a dive bar, after all. Did a single one of us even give a HINT we were violent? NO. For pete's sake, I'm old enough to have kids YOUR kids' age, complete with grey hair and the Palin specs. I drank a beer and played pool with you and your son. Wow...lots of concern to be had there, no? Keep digging...

Chips and dip--you can't even take a joke. You did bring chips, and they left with you. I witnessed it, you and your kids were eating them and not even sharing!(Not that I cared, I don't eat chips, but you know, there's more than a grain of truth to the posts I've made and you ARE more into denying and protecting your "image" than anything else here...)

A joke?

And when was I privy to that joke? As George has said to many, it is an in-joke. And I have never been "in" on it.

But yes, my daughter, who has certainly been in her share of bars and clubs in the campus area, was concerned about raised voices and whether I would be all right if she left. While I will grant that my kids tend to be protective of Mom, in her couple of times at DD, she was not convinced that this was a good group for me to be hanging out with. First time just boring. Second time she categorized folks as bullying.

Now, I don't happen to agree with her that there was any danger of anything, like I said, there was also not much hope of anything very enjoyable.

So, I know how to leave.

And you know where you picked it up from there.

Bob you just love litter boxes. Meow.

Reason #9999999 why I don't post here with any alarming frequency. I don't like cat fights much myself. After a point, they get boring. But I couldn't resist this one.

Whatever. Bullying? LMFAO. Playing the victim or are you really that socially awkward? I witnessed none of that.

Just leave it, just in my eyes you're playing Twister again. You didn't enjoy yourself, fine. But the word "bullying" is insane in this context--if you claim you saw no "danger." Nice use of hot button words to get attention.

I'm outta here cause I really don't like cat boxes, especially when foul.

Ouch, that says it all. To be afraid of people like us, explains their rampant fear of guns, rather than the rational fear of...Third Worlders.

I'll wager that the President has more than sufficient IQ to handle the work of graduate school.
Degree of IQ does not guarantee ability or experience. He has neither when it comes the practical application of running a company, let alone the country.

CHE claims his is 130+, and used to be higher. So that blows the high IQ ingredient out of the water.

Interesting how you are defining safe vs dangerous folks based on race (and where they live)--at least using Karl's definition of white suburbanites.

Guess maybe she looks beyond that superficial stuff, huh.

FBI stats

13% of the population, half of the known murders....

Which countries have the highest murder rates???

The ones who are fueling the invasion from the southern border.

Hate the facts all you want, but they are still facts. If you don't like these facts, work to change them.

Gun bans, won't change them...

Twisting. What George said had nothing to do with race.

The racial angle is behind nearly every discussion.

I cannot argue the points of color blindness to the left. So I have no choice but to argue on identity politics, for my identity.
