Answered post 187. As you know, Karl, I will not discuss it any further on a public forum with an idiot like this.

This procedure is done for other medical reasons beyond pregnancy. I've had it done twice. It's nothing. It is you and the lab worker, usually female, you are fully covered. The room is dark so the monitor can be read and there is less insertion than a routine ob pelvic exam or pap smear.
Much less than the act of intercourse.
So drop the Sandra Fluke routine, you're not impressing us.
The two times you had one, did your doctor order the procedure or did your congressman?

Good argument, Spookerini. I had not thought of that side of the argument.

It's a one word statement. Logic has nothing to do with it. You are afraid to answer what I asked. That's the logical conclusion.
You got the answer, it was "Realpolitik"

A totally partisan vote is all on the majority partisans. When Obamacare hits the fan, it's all on the dems. Lock, stock, and failure of the health system.

When normal debate and legislative reading is suspended and a vote is taken, that's ramming.
Then there was this whopper from your boy:

Obama said he'd televise health reform negotiations on C-SPAN

Updated: Friday, July 10th, 2009 | By Angie Drobnic Holan

During the presidential campaign, Barack Obama said several times that he intended to negotiate health care reform publicly. In fact, he said, he'd televise the negotiations on C-SPAN, with all the parties sitting at a big table. That way, Americans would be more engaged in the process and insist on real change.

"That's what I will do in bringing all parties together, not negotiating behind closed doors, but bringing all parties together, and broadcasting those negotiations on C-SPAN so that the American people can see what the choices are, because part of what we have to do is enlist the American people in this process," Obama said at a debate in Los Angeles on Jan. 31, 2008.

The special interests and lobbyists, he said, "will resist anything that we try to do.... And the antidote to that is making sure that the American people understand what is at stake."

Che, you're laughable. Go back to my post 187 and reread what I said.
Concept of the majority. Every dem voted for a bill. Not one Repub, and it is passed and later disqualified as a law by the SCOTUS, but rather a 'tax.'
I don't call that a resounding success any more than I do Obama getting re-elected 51% to 49% and numerous voter fraud cases being heard as we speak.
Are you proud of the poll working in Ohio that admits voting SIX times?
You are as dumb as a stump.

That's because you know you are a hypocrite. You want to question the legitimacy of someone else's Christianity for their view that abortion should be legal but allow abortion to be legal yourself in certain circumstances, thus placing your Christianity in question as well. You don't like that, so you put your fingers in your ears.

That would require a consititutional discussion that you don't have the intellect nor the education to engage in.

Passed by a majority of both houses plus signed by the POTUS equals law. This isn't baseball. There are no asterisks.
