Investigators are calling it a "horrific" child abuse case. Three Scioto County residents--Juan Carlos Sanchez, 44, Bobbi Sue Pack, 31, and Edwina Louis, 52,- -were arrested earlier this week and face child endangerment charges for what detectives say the three did to three of Pack's children.

What is more important is why the Scioto County Sheriffs Office took 2 weeks to do anything?

Yeah. I noticed it took that long too. Either it took the teacher two weeks to relay the info to children's services, took children's services that long to contact police, or took police that long to respond.

Also, why does she need praise? What else is she going to do?

It's normal to praise someone for doing the right thing. That said, it's also expected of her since she's trained to notice, and report it. However, many people don't report it, whether trained to or not. How did neighbors not know how many kids were living there? Cause people walk around like they don't care, keep their head down, and don't even attempt to speak let alone get to know someone enough to ascertain how many people live in the house.
