Sounds legit to me. Parents are always entirely reasonable when it comes to their little snowflakes, I've found.
US public schools in this century are also known to have some pretty vile teachers.

You seem to be taking that Johnson fixation to new heights. You're a product of the Columbus Public Schools, aren't you?

I suggest you check your thread, boy. And pray tell, just who on that thread is allied with you against me? Tony? Spook? The Artist? All comrades of mine, you foolish hilljack. You have no allies because even the most strident liberals are in agreement...you are mentally ill.

this above is your most accurate statement ever, for 2 reasons.
1.) the lawyer earns money.
2.) the lawyer bores the court; and the court gets tired of the case.
result a smaller court charge; and a big legal fee bill.
Hey you idiot. I didn't even mention court. I said the police. Don't talk to the police.

I am an idiot for agreeing with your statement to Lawyer up; and to not answer Police questions without a lawyer?

you would argue with anything, even your own statements.

Obama is arguing the sequester is mean spirited; and will ruin the country.

My question is why did he write and sign it as law?

There's something so goddamn cute about a near illiterate writing about how teachers should be tortured.
I'm guessing this is something you think of often? All those dreadful teachers with their books and tests and red pens! Oh, how you would show them!
there is nothing cute with a fat green toothed smelly liberal woman like yourself.

now you know why the zoo is your dating site.

My partner actually proposed at the zoo! He had arranged a trip to meet and feed the penguins and had secretly gotten the staff to stock bubbles and flowers. He popped the question while I was distracted petting a baby penguin. I've never been more impressed with anyone.

It's a good ploy. There is no way to refuse someone who has just handed you a baby penguin. And it'll keep her from crying (much), so as not to scare them!

I can imagine all sorts of occasions for which this ploy would prove exceedingly useful.

Where can I find a baby penguin in Northeast Ohio? Craigslist?

A candle burning on it's side burns far quicker than a candle standing up because the wax melts and drips away... nice piece of lateral thinking, but flawed.
If we had two (2) identical candles standing. One on the right (R),one on the left (L). Both were lit at the same time. Which candle would burn up first?
No one gave an answer. Give it your best shot. We are looking for all kinds of answers. TY - PR
Well, OK.

Assuming still air, they would burn at the same rate.

Might this be some kind of allegory for the situation in Washington? The sides equally at fault for the impass but burning up at the same rate?

Re: the sideways candle--the wax dripping off is a factor, but not the whole story. What actually burns is not so much the wick as it is the vaporized wax. The wick simply serves as a vehicle for the wax, which reaches a liquid point, vaporizes and lights. As the wax from the candle is used up the wick that is too far above the wax level burns off as waste.

With the sideways candle an inefficient situation is set up. Liquid wax cannot puddle and raise to the state/temperature of combustion, but rather drips off. Hence, the ratio of wax to wick burning changes and the wick burns off more quickly.

So--there's the wordy discussion. Certain there are others.
