hey stubby

your pic is of a 14 year old thug Trayvon flipping off whom?

It is just like a moron to flip off someone with a gun pointed at heir head. Look how well that worked out for him.

try looking at High School pics.

you know...the ones with tattoos on the neck and face; and THUG spelled out on his knuckles.

don't bother showing me pics of him learning to crawl, how about those running from the flames instead.

then Zimmerman's defense lawyer will educate you and everyone in court the day Zimmerman is released because of self defense.

the pic you can't find, will be aired nationally finally.

you won't be as stupid as you are presently, because Zimmerman's defense lawyer is going to school you a bit.

may 2013 be more miserable for you than 2012.

Pointing out the truth to lefties, when it puts their pets in a bad light is always considered racist. Remember Willie Horton?

so quit being lazy; and assemble fact.
it is quite easy today with Google.
I had even pointed you to the right source for your recent picture.
Who did your homework in school for you?
If you are going to play with people who are informed, then I suggest you come prepared or suffer the consequences for being lazy.
Being called stupid.
Stupid.
I read the autopsey report and saw no mention of it. You have a source that trumps the official examination of the body?

Bring it on.

And then explain why it is relevant.

So, on being called being unable to produce authentication of your (irrelevant) claim that Trayvon had THUG tattooed on his knuckles, you try to change the subject.

BTW--did you come up with the citation for the right to self-defense from tatooed knuckles?

Why cant you realize that if the punk thug would have just stopped and answered Zimmermans questions,he might still be alive? He didn't and now he paid the price for it.

RS, you are being played for a fool by Zimmerman's lawyer.

His Hail Mary strategy, given the many conflicts between the evidence and the story(s) given by his somewhat volatile and at times dim-witted client, is to use the discovery process to get as much damaging (and irrelevlant) matter about Trayvon in the public eye as possible.

Now, while the judge has allowed O'Mara a fishing expedition through Trayvon's school records, it is questionable whether any material of a prejudicial nature will be admissable (Trayvon is not on trial). However, public record laws being what they are in Florida, he can use this as an excuse to publish everything he finds on the website he created especially for that purpose.

And he is devoutly hoping to get a jury full of people like you who believe that someone "like Trayvon" was "asking for it," simply by existing, by walking through the community where he was visiting, by being--according to your definition--a thug. Because this mindset is what he needs to overcome the law, which supports the notion that regardless of whether one is ambitious and diligent or an 11th grade screw-up, there is a right to walk peaceably through a community without being chased, accosted and shot by some guy with a gun under the guise of "self-defense"

No source is provided for that picture. In fact a poster refuted it two or three comments down, provided Myspace pics of Trayvon's tat's. One said Sybrina (his mother's name) and the other was pictorial.

And, at at guess, the guy in that pic looked to be in his late 20's.

There was a lot of stuff flying around the internet early on--including stuff from the Facebook of another Trayvon Martin (same name, different person) and some stuff provided by a Klan group who claimed to have hacked a twitter account belonging to Trayvon.

Remains to be seen at this point whether the actual Trayvon's Facebook or twitter accounts will be released. Apparantly FB and Twitter were prepared to fight the subpoena.

Look, Bob, I know what your biases are, but I also know that you are an attorney.

How about explaining something about the rules of evidence with regard to whether a random photo posted on the internet constitutes proof of anything, legally speaking.

The thug didn't follow directions, thats all there is to it.Even though Zimmerman wasn't a cop,he was protecting the complex and simply wanted to know who the thug stranger was that was walking down the street. That stranger chose to fight instead of answering the question and paid the price for it.Look what happened in Cleveland recently. All they had to do was pull over and they would still be alive. They didn't,and paid the price for it.

See, the problem is, that isn't the way that Zimmerman tells the story.

According to Zimmerman, he didn't ask Trayvon anything. He didn't explain why he was following Trayvon. Zimmerman's story is that Trayvon asked Zimmerman if he had a problem. Zimmerman said no and on hearing this, Trayvon responded, "well, you got one now," and then slugged him in the face knocking him to the ground, where he got on top and started to banging his head repeatedly against the pavement.

Zimmerman claims to have been headed directly back to his vehicle at the time. The direct route would have been on the cross-bar of a t-intersection between two sidewalks. This is where Zimmerman claims he was when he was assaulted.

He cannot account for how Trayvon's body ended up on the opposite side of the back yard. Most likely explanations would be that he met Trayvon where he said and then chased him to the point where the fight and shooting occured, or that he met him at that point to begin with, which means that he had continued to stalk Trayvon, rather than returning to his truck as he claimed to have been doing.

These are the kinds of things that are going to tip the balance in court--not whether someone can produce a picture of tats.

It's meaningless.

The only way it comes into evidence is through a live witness testifying under oath to authenticate it, like this:

"Mr X, I'm showing you what is marked for identification purposes "defense exhibit A"...can you take a look at this and tell me if you recognize it?"

"What is it?"

"How do you recognize it?

That's left to be determined on the basis of evidence.

I bet you might get a little chippy getting followed by someone too.
