Looks like the handwringing fisters at Plunderbund are trying to justify further waste on an already dead letter failure: public education. and public education of dar kees by dar kees. Didn't a highly paid stain (educator ha!) just recently get caught supervising cheating of school attendance records. What else are those people grifting?
