Treat everyone as equals, account in their background, personality, and tendencies/actions, that is how we should judge someone and assess their potential. Please note that when I say background I mean what the person has been exposed to in the past, because how does a person know they are of the "race" unless someway they are told of this. This mean lineage and race shold not play a part in our assessment, sadly it does. With that gone, however, this problem would already be solved.
This does not happen because it is just so hard for us to live up to our expectations and if we can just acknowledge that we have accomplished something, no matter how small, and not part of something then it can happen. Now do you really think that acceptance is going to occur in someone who was raised in an envoirment filled with hate, rejection of the world, and self-centeredness?

English, the world's most popular language, our ancestors and the founding fathers are British haven't you forgotten about your roots? or are you one of them savages uncivilized people whose ancestors still lived in grass hunt when Europeans discovered America?

You are living in a socialist country, America is more socialist than any foreign nation like China and India they ban union and send people to jail for organized labor they also abolished EPA so air pollution is legal. We have free use of roads and freeway system here the rich are taxed at 39% here and in Russia no tax for business they are the real capitalist society that's why I want Russians and Chinese to come here and help us to be more civilized. Home grown American boys are no competition with foreigners, period. And your parents aren't good raising you either they don't have any advanced degree like engineering and doctors, most Americans are overpaid workers.

Well in the boonies we don't speak any language at all, just some 3rd grade slang with a southern twang, low intelligent human form in states like Alabama have very low linguistic skills compared to the superior Germans who speak multi-languages or Japanese and Koreans who have much higher math skills than American natives.

Native American does not mean one as to be of casino and bingo parlor indian heritage, but that one was born in America. My Heritage is of Germanic Czech, with some Scottish thrown in to account for the better taste in alcohol.

Well then you must be linked to the Hitler Nazi and the Third Reich. Englishmen founded this country and if you actually took civics in high school what nationality is our founding father George Washington? You try to defend the Natives like a liberal thinking all humans are created equal, well maybe so but history taught us only the strong survive and it was the British and the Spaniards that discovered North and South America otherwise this will still be lands of tribes (very Afghanistan-ish)

And since you missed high school, you are unaware of the greatest literature is English, every scholar had read Shakespeare unless you are from the south or are native Americans.
