I still do not see the part where it says the president can make appointments during a ten day recess but not a three day recess.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said on Monday that,“Today’s decision jeopardizes the health of women that are employed by these companies. We believe that a company should not be able to assert their views to deny employees federally mandated coverage.”
Here-in-lies the problem. Left wing Democratic extremist communist believe health care insurance is a right.
But no such rights can be found in the Bill of Rights or in the Constitution. These ideologue communists who THINK they know better are attempting to force a NEW right upon all employers, and if not employers then the government will do itself through single payer.
Before you post a rebuttal, please make sure you know what you're talking about. That had to do with people not wanting coverage because of their RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. Nothting to do with so called communism or some wingnut rant about some obsure feable attempt to prove the president or his administration is purposely being unconstitutional.

Once again, your premise is incorrect.

You said: "That had to do with people not wanting coverage because of their RELIGIOUS BELIEFS."

Just the opposite, this case was about a family owned business desiring not pay for a certain type of contraception or abortion inducing drug as a part of the employees insurance plan because it was contrary to the employers religious beliefs.

As for the rest of your diatribe....

You say: "Nothting to do with so called communism or some wingnut rant about some obsure feable attempt to prove the president or his administration is purposely being unconstitutional."

Sure it does. No employer is under any obligation what so ever to provide health insurance for an employee. The employer who does provide any health insurance does so as an incentive to attain and retain employees.

Now along comes the communist Obama claiming healthcare as a right.
The sheepeople who follow say "oh yeah Obamacare, it's a right." No that's wrong. While everyone wants and desires health care when they need it the question becomes who is gonna pay for it? Obama is attempting to make health care insurance an obligation, like paying your taxes.

I have never linked any Fox New stories on any Topix forums, period.

This CNN linked story is correct and backs up all my points. Is there some other point you are trying to make with this link?

You're one messed up dude.

YOU said it wasn't about religious beliefs, "it was just the opposite" I believe you stated. This article proves it was about companies not being able to force its employees with contraception because of their RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.

Is your reading comprehension on a 4th grade level, at least?

Obviously you suffer from short term memory loss. That is what YOU said DUMMY!

You said: "This article proves it was about companies not being able to force its employees with contraception..."

OMG Black Rhino, you're still 180 degrees off, Dude. This is about EMPLOYERS who don't to be forced want to pay for Abortion Contraception for EMPLOYEES because it offends the EMPLOYERS RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, not employees.

You could have scrolled back through the posts and read what you posted first, that way everyone would not now know what a moron you are. How small is a black rhino's brain?

America, this is the average Democrat registered Obama voter.

It's too bad though you didn't understand who's religious beliefs were being violated.
Maybe I'll wait until you advance, I believe you said, to the 4th grade?

On second thought, I'm finished teaching children, so grow up and learn something.
I'm done with you child.

Yes America yet another stellar post and example of the typical Democratic Party voter.

This is the reply I would expect from a 4th grader, who doesn't comprehend grownup conservation. Perhaps if you were to enroll into a GED program and you were able pass the 6th grade proficiency test, you might be able to post something on this forum worth reading. In the meantime go outside and play, children like you should be seen, not heard.

Concern yourself less with your silly characterizations and more with proving your lunacy. This rant is sans substance as usual.

YOU have yet to discredit anything in the article presented to you. Nothing but far right, bloated, inane, self involved quips. Is that the feeling you were going for?

You discredit yourself.

The name of this thread is:
President Obama violated Constitution in 2012.

The premise of this thread, that I started was: The Supreme Court ruled that the POTUS exceeded his power under the Constitution to make recess appointments during longer breaks.

After the weekend the SCOTUS again slapped down the POTUS in the Hobby Lobby decision. This thread and our argument then changed to who's Religious Beliefs were being violated by the decision, the employer or employee?

You said: "That had to do with people not wanting (insurance) coverage because of their RELIGIOUS BELIEFS."

And later you said: "This article proves it was about companies not being able to force its employees with contraception because of their RELIGIOUS BELIEFS."

I told you: "This is about EMPLOYERS who don't want to be forced to pay for Abortion Contraception for EMPLOYEES because it offends the EMPLOYERS RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, not employees."

I am now convinced that Black Rhino is actually Barack Obama.
He just doesn't get it.

Only after the republicans used "pro forma" to stay in fake session so the presidents hands were tied. Did you forget to include that information? Religious beliefs are valid. I stand by it. What's your take on the use of pro forma by the republicans? Any thoughts? Will you keep ignoring it?

You are mixing two separate SCOTUS decisions Rhino. I really have no time to explain this to you but I'll give you some direction.

The first decision you claim was "fake" and "pro-forma" had to do with Presidential recess appointments. The President lost that decision 9 to zero, period.

The second decision had to do with Obamacare's mandate on all corporations that fell under the mandate to provide abortion contraception insurance for employees.

For more information ask Che or Big Johnson to explain. Gotta go Rhino dude.
