Here's Channel 4's coverage. Momma ought to get an assist, don't you think?

How is a 4 year old able to pull a heavy stove on top of him? Either the kid was a baby Superman or...??

And he just happened to be climbing on a hot stove, like a lizard on a sunny rock.

I guess he ran out of paint chips to eat and was bored.

Stoves aren't all that heavy now. I'm surprised an anti-tip anchor wasn't in place in this rental. OK, no I'm not surprised at all, but there should have been one. Somebody might get a cash payout over this unless it was momma's stove. Then it's Darwin working in mysterious ways.

Only an incorrectly installed stove... they come with plates to anchor the adjusting feet to the floor. I guess some people don't use them.

With any luck a sharp lawyer will be able to get the child's mother a sizable award from the apartment's owner. Negligence cost this child his life.

I was thinking that as well. Something just doesn't seem right about this story to me.
