Oh my, I hope you didn't have a honey over and you thought it would be funny to pull the sheets over her head as you snuggled in bed.

I saw fresh brussels sprouts at Kroger yesterday, but didn't think of buying them. Do they taste like cabbage when raw or something else entirely?
Steam them for 15 to twenty minutes, cover em with butter, salt and pepper. Get the small ones...tastier.

They're a lot like cauliflower.

Never do that with either one. Might wake up with super glue where it should never be.

At a town council meeting gas attack is fair game especially when they want me to annex. No to hire taxes but yes to free gas for an evening.

The smaller ones are the most tasty. And ranch dressing is great on them, although I rarely eat them raw.

Don't like cauliflower either, raw or cooked. Looks like eating brains, and also tastes nasty.

Don't worry people, I have plenty of stuff I like, life's too short to eat crap you don't like.

Oh they don't look like brains. Cauliflower does.

I don't eat stuff I don't like either. That's the beauty of being an adult. That and sticking your finger in the bottom of the candy to see what it is and if you don't like it, putting it back in the fancy box.

I said cauliflower looks like eating brains.

I'll just put it down to it being Monday and you aren't awake yet.

I like cauliflower, steamed. With a bit of cheese sauce. Never tried brussel sprouts in the oven, will have to. Usually just steam those.

I really love asparagus, with a drizzle of hollandaise (sp?). But don't use the big fat ones, like the skinny ones.

chocolates--long time ago, someone taught me how to tell the types of chocolate/fillings by the swirl on the top. Darned if I can remember now, but there is actually some kind of code for that.

Dam...crack the code, gokeefe. I love chocolate.

Asparagus are delicious. Now, did you know it takes seven years to grow asparagus? But after seven years, you will have them annually. But only for about three weeks.

And the deer like them too. I should do that tomorrow, the ground being frozen and all.

You'll have to admit, Jimmy was a nice guy. Ineffective, but nice.

A very decent man who I believe walked the walk. But not enough of a people person to get anything done. He was an engineer by education and they make lousy leaders unless they get their own way.

then juice em with carrots and an apple. The only thing you won't get is the fiber and the pesticides.

A) I don't have a juicer, and don't know why anyone would have one and B) why ruin perfectly good carrots and apples by mixing them with cauliflower?

I went to a New Year's party ay a friend's house in Lacombe, La. a few years ago. She served cauliflower soup as an appetizer. It was good, after a few drinks anyway.
