Appears to be the result of an evaporated gas giant, probably of an initial mass similar to Saturn.
Lost H, lost He, lost N, and appears to have mostly lost CH4.
Presence of C is likely due to photolysis of Methane resulting in benzenes pryrenes, tars and eventually graphite. Photolysis of Silane likely also to have occurred as with H2S and H2Se. S likely also lost to evaporation at these temperatures.
O would also be likely to have been lost as photolysic of H2O would result initially in CH2O and other aldehydes, and ultimately CO2 and CO along with ultimately high temperature S04.
P and As are more tricky as PO4 and AsO4are likely to form late stage and are refractory, but initial evaporation of PH3 and AsH3 would deplete the totals, and PO4 total is likely less then remnant SiO4 totals, and the bulk would be present as magma.
Resulting refractories would be the metal component of the original planet core (metals) and metal compounds with remnant C and Si and precipitated graphite on the surface.
Would be nice to see the flow chart of gas loss processes needed to create the scorched remnant seen today.
Diamond and SIC in particular would now be incandescent but solid, may also have oceans of light metals, and salts on the surface.
Have a nice day: Ag
