Take a survey and get good information on quitting smoking and not gaining weight I did and am very happy. Google; quit smoking and lose weight. Lots of good information on how to avoid the pitfalls after you quit, like bloating, weight gain, constipation, etc.

Yea!!! I quit smoking and it wasnt even that hard. I just pretended that I had been lied to and cig. are NOT addictive and I also pretended that I was coming off of herion or crack...then it actually wasnt that bad, afterall. Now I can breathe and my skin is smoother and I smell soo good and smokers smell like trash to me. I love it. Its not even that hard to do...you have been tricked. Smoking is not addictive like they say. Ha ....I didn't think I could do it. I win cigarettes loose.
