Now we need a new principal for the middle school. Let's see how good you really are New Superintendent. When a child brings a pellet gun to school, a knife, and drugs and they do not notify parent's there is a problem. When you have a principal who labels children as good and bad children there is a problem, when you have a principal who stands outside of school every morning and yells at children the first thing in the morning for stupid things that does not concern him is just silly, Does he have nothing better to do with his time? Did we hire him to make children hate school? Was that our goal here? My Daughter used to love school, Now she hates going and refuses to go half the time, It is a fight always. Ths man will lead our children into nothing good, For the first time I would have to admit all 4 of my children went thru Ft.Thomas schools but this last child of mine I'm not sure she will make it to 12th grade,I have never seen such a heartless, cruel, mean guy in my life, And most of the children would agree, He picks and chooses the children he likes to pick on, I have heard nothing good about him from parents

How do you expect change? The new sup was hired from within. Like John Williamson, he was hired from within, but does not have his PhD (what is usually required for professional such as a job like this...check other schools around here and their credentials as sup.)
And note John Williamson never finished his PhD but is collecting a nice retirement from Ft. Thomas...and has a new nice plush job up in NYC.
That's how it rolls in Fort Thomas!
So you expect changes in the principal...hate to say it, fat chance!

Don't believe me? This was taken from Ft. Thomas Website:
"Kirchner earned his bachelors degree in History Education as well as his masters degree in Education from Eastern Kentucky University. He also completed additional graduate work at Xavier University."
What does 'additional graduate work' mean?
Is he truly qualified?

He brought his Newport attitude to FT. WE DONT NEED THAT. There is a reason he scurried out of Newport when Brandt was sinking.

It was perfect timing for the principal...he was hired by a committee that included his brother in law. Can't go wrong there!

Then him and his brother in law need to go, Who is his brother in law anyways? We as home owners and tax payers need to demand he go, he is harming our children in every mental way he can. We need to get his ass out

As an administrator he does not have tenure but if he works one day next year he has tenure as a teacher in FT schools. Got to axe him before given contract for next year. May be too late.
