NAACP Calls For More Diversity on Hamilton Police Force

Hopefully the police will not be forced to lower passing test scores and standards. The should resist being pressured by this racist group!

From what I read in the article, the city is mking clear & concious efforts to attract blacks. But I see no evidence that they are reaching out to Latino's. Wheres the NAALP?
Why is the NAACP so negative acting? They can be positive acting by using the same man power tabulating, holding press conferences, meeting city & county officials etc by getting the word out to their channels of black communities, churches, atheletic clubs, dance clubs etc & spread the word of the job fairs, job openings, test & interview sites.
But they can't do that. They should utilize their efforts to stir the batter of a great cake instead of stirring a mud pie.
