wow some how the HR director's husband managed to land a job based on his fast food jobs.

when setting up my small business how much help will the manager of Wendy's

Tom Monaghan who is actually the owner of Domino's might have been a good choice.

at least he has or will eventually have the bachelors degree from WNMU to back this hiring up?

i guess this is what has come with the new president at the big W
i guess its like Townshend said.

"Meet the new boss/Same as the old boss"

i guess i had just expected more of someone not yet used to the western way

It was probably ability of his pole and any action at the Y he provides the HR director? Let's keep it basic, huh?

She keeps the checkbook and recognized the extra income would offset the unseemly expenses. It's a win-win.

Go Mustangs.

Yeah, and they already had decided the new T or C Director BEFORE interviews - and at that, interviews were only conducted by telephone. Donna Rees was cold, disengaged and abruptly ended my interview which lasted a whole fourteen minutes (without even saying "thank you", "our next step is", "we appreciate the opportunity to interview you", etc. She "fulfilled" her legal obligation as a state employer. How bogus!

So, more nepotism for WNMU. What's new, and more importantly, who's stopping it? Apparently, NOT the new President Shepard.

Can't wait to see who they hire for Deming - Hispanic, no doubt.

I hear the person that runs the Institutional Advancement center at WNMU does NOT have a college degree. A real example for a College to have

And, don't look too closely, there's faculty without Master's Degrees. T or C has especially had this problem. The receptionist there also brings her kid to work.

Just look the other way...get 'em through. NM will get the statistics by hook or by crook.

The Ashburns are only the tip of the nepotism iceberg at Western New Mexico University. I don't blame these entrenched yokels and sponges for holding on and getting as many of their friends and family employed but I would much prefer to see the new president clean house! Get rid of ALL current top-level administrators and only allow for acting positions in mission-critical vacancies and only for as long as the institutional doctrine allows! This would be an effective start.
