Marvelous headline! It conjures glorious images of the heady days when the Belgians managed their rightful Congolese colony with a deft business-like precision. Africans owe their white European colonists for the only bright spot in their history. Excepting colonial days, nothing good has left Africa on a ship before or since.
Like their Dutch neighbors who ran South Africa, it took Belgians to show the slower Africans that there laid wealth under feet. Moreover, that if
they'd just quit chuckin' spears at each other all day, they could earn a nice living at jobs exploiting mineral wealth.

Ah, King Leopold II - what a visionary!(cool
beard, too.)

stand down, Spiro!

Mr. Leupold was quoted in the Headlight saying he doesn't have any priorities for his new job as Director, WNMU-MVLC!

And, to "stay in bed" with Deming Public Schools is just so wrong, debilitating for the university, and lacks leadership.

Western got it wrong again. They don't need a teacher, they need a leader.

King Leopold II must have a ring in his nose.
