Why can't their parents help them with THEIR cultural issues? This is none of our business to intrude like this and it suggests immigrants are somehow incapable of doing it all alone in THEIR own family time.

Because if white kids have to learn from their parents, they will never learn to dance.

but its also true that black kids will never learn how to become productive, honest, working, middle class citizens living in a welfare house with no father, and a mom who never worked a day in her life just sucked up welfare checks and crack.

So if white people can't dance as you claim then black people can't take care of themselves with out big brother looking over them.
