Timothy Adams, former WKU instructor, has been tapped to author a white paper on the legal status of FSM nationals who hold foreign citizenship or travel documents for presentation to the Federated States of Micronesian Congress by the former Governor of Yap State in the South Pacific. Adams' expertise in human rights and research of United Nations and other international legal precedent, were the reasons stated for his being commissioned to author the document. The paper is to be presented to the FSM congress sometime next spring.
