It is time for that as_hole Gary Ransdall to go,FIRED, GONE, GET OUT OF TOWN YOU JERK. To deny a person entrance into Western just because he laid on a stupid statue and posted it is ludicrous at best. The kid was just having fun Ransdall something you don't know how to do you fag_ot.

WKU is and always will be a joke as long as Ransdall is there. Ransdall is an arrogant as_ and should have never been president of Western. Oh, and if it is any of your business I did just fine on my ACT butthead!!

Of course he's awful. Why would we want the university to grow? We need someone in there who won't try to do anything to improve the size and status of WKU. A incompetent unambitious redneck like you is who I have in mind.

You want the university to grow. Some of us who have a real life and are trying to help our children with tuition wish Ransdell would stop raising tuition. Who really cares if Western has 20,000 or 25,000 students? First of all the university and the city can't take much more in growth in that area. Not only are tuition rates going up but there is still no where for the students to park. You are so typical of the idiotic WKU kool aid drinkers in this town. Dumbass.

That area has handled growth just fine and complaints about parking are no more or less than they were 10 yrs ago. Your kids won't be able to get into WKU if they are anything like you. I don't care if the place grows or not but leaders run organizations to make them smaller.

If you don't like it send your kids to a real school like UK or U of L.

Personally I wish a tornado would scatter WKU over 40 counties and then all of those worthless brats would have to go somewhere else. Then, just maybe then BG could return to somewhat of normalcy, excluding our corrupt sheriff Gaines, Mikey Buchannon and the rest of the good ole boys. That bunch will always be corrupt!!

This town has been corrupt and alway will be. In the 60's it was called "the little Chicago" and nothing has changed since then. It's politics is a joke and, again, always will be. Mike Buchannon is an Obama loving tax-and-spend liberal in a three piece conservative's suit. Jerry "p#nis" Gaines is a joke too, just don't get in his way or he will quit smiling (awfully fast), and our commission is a pack of sell-appointed @ssholes who think they know everything about everything. When this city changed to the 'city manager' styled government it turned to a bunch of hidden agendas and backroom deals with buddies. If you wanted to succeed you had to know who's @ss to kiss and how much to shove up it when you were done......

In the 70's and early 80's there was a push to make our government more like that of Owensboro or Glasgow, being that we should have more commissioners and these said commissioners would represent specific districts and be elected by these districts. The "good ol' boys" were against this because they might actually lose power so the idea was squashed. During this time Bowling Green saw an influx of new citizens who thought this place was wonderful and the politics was perfect....no need to change it so the idea died.

I wish someone would start this idea up again, Bowling Green needs at least 9 to 12 commissioners for a more (hopefully) balanced and honest government.
